occa and police say occa had been stabbed numerous times. they are now looking for his killer. a school security guard in montgomery county is facing new sex abuse charges tonight. fifty-seven year old mark and toes was first arrested last month for allegedly have sex with a subpoena year old studentment he was release on bale and now we've learned he was arrested again last night. he's accused of having sex with the same girl. fox5's lindsay watts is live in rockville tonight. lindsay, you just got your hands on court documents regarding this case? court. >>reporter: that's right, matt, mark and toes was a security guard here at richard montgomery high school. he remains on leave following these allegations against him. police say that last month the mother of a 17 year old student here reported that her daughter was having a sexual relationship with yas. he was arrested, but he was able to post $75,000 bond and walk free. wha

we've yantos started meeting up with the student again and started having sex with her. according to court documents yantso was with the girl almost daily last week and this week. the alleged victim in the case was questioned and that she told investigators she had been seeing yantso toes and they had sex. she also told police he gave her s hundred dollars afterward. pliar to the abuse yantso toes was prone to give the girl gifts. he had given her a diamond necklace and an iphone. and investigators feel he had been grooming her for a he sexual relationship. the last time we post office to montgomery county police about this case, this was their message to parentsment we are urging parents to have an honest conversation with your child about what is appropriate behavior and urge that child to be

we've been seeing a good bit of rain here in our area, but check out what is happening in missouri. flood waters are beginning to recede along the back and mary mar rivers. the mississippi river is expected to rest over the next couple of days. nearly ten million people are under a flood warning tonight including communities in indiana, illinois, missouri, arkansas, kentucky and tennessee. one missouri woman who survived a similar flood 17 months ago is once again cleaning up from this latest batch of storms. i had just finished my basement three weeks ago from the 2015 floods. i used to love the rain, now i hate it. >> stacy robinson and her neighbors did the best they could to protect their homes. neighbors placed sandbags around their properties, but t
