office meeting? what the white house is saying tonight. a maryland woman killed by her boyfriend. her body tossed into a dumpster. tonight, police say they have the man but they don't have the victim's body. reaction from the family in a fox 5 exclusive. the news at 10:00 starts now. we begin with breaking news. the man convicted in a dui crash that killed five people has been captured. i'm tony perkins >> i'm shawn yancy. kenneth kelly was supposed to be sentenced friday but never showed up to court. tonight, the victim tim's family are questioning why he wasn't wearing a monitor. tisha lewis joins us with the latest. . >> reporter: we're told a warrant squad arrested kenneth kelly today. he's been a future since friday when he didn't show up at the co

the doors for sentencing. he's been on the run three days, we're still awaiting more details about his arrest, but during his sentencing hearing, victims family members say they were repeatly told he was being tracked and monitored with a device and on his way to the hearing. now turns out none of that was the case. prince george's county said kelly was never issued a gps monitoring device. a spokesperson says the case file does not reflect an order for a gps monitoring device. family members are saying that being out on bond was bad enough, but not being monitored after admitting to killing five people including two children while driving under the influence made a tragic situation a nightmare. it happened in 2015 in oxon hill. we spoke with jennings who said four of the victims were his cousins and

family members are frustrated with how this played out. >> we found out he wasn't coming to court, they say they were tracking his gps. once the attorney told us he was five minutes away. one said he was en route. next thing, they said they pulled us in around 4:30, we were there since 12:00. they pulled us in and said he didn't show up, they were going to issue a bench for his arrest. no judge should have signed off on this man walking freeing. >> reporter: a spokesperson said he's not quite sure where the mix-up occurred. both the prosecution and the defense were under the impression and belief that kenneth kelly did have a gps monitoring device. he says that the judge ordered one. they were just as surprised as everyone was including the victim's family members to learn that kelly ultimately did not have a gps monitoring device. from here, he said the state's

fox 5 learned there is new information that could prove these theoriests are in fact, right, new information suggests there is tangible evidence on seth rich's laptop that confirms he was communicating with wikileaks prior to his death. the question is, why has dc police as a lead agency on the investigation for the past ten months insisted this was a botched robbery when till this day, there is no evidence to suggest that. the rich family hired rod wheeler a former homicide detective to run a parallel investigation into the death, wheeler said he believes there's a cover-up and the police department has been told to back down from the investigation. >> the police department nor the fbi has been forthcoming, they haven't been cooperating at all. i believe that the answer to solving his death lies on that
