relive it appears, because of this ruling by a federal judge an hour,ead saying he should not having sentenced because he was 17 at the time of the murders and he based his appeal on a supreme court ruling in miller versus alabama. it was based on a supreme court decision that said juveniles are constitutionally different from adults for the purposes of sentencing because juveniles have diminished cup ability and most severe punishments. judge raymond jackson agreed. m a l v o was convicted in one virginia trial and entered an alfred plea in another.

this bizarre building. i talked to one neighbor who witnessed a lot and thought it was very suspicious, here's what she told me. >> i noticed people were outdoors a long time. but what was most concerning was the following day, there was an increase in a number of people outside, and there were people who were in wheelchairs, they were also young people out here. i would say people up to the age of probably 55, 60, sitting around waiting for their turn. and then i decided to ask the person -- another person in the neighborhood what was going on and then that's when they said that someone was drawing their blood, and is the participants were also inhalin

happened during thursday's storm,fe caused a mother inside the home to slide down a couch. a neighbor was able to rescue her after spotting her on her cell phone, all of this unfolded as she was about to call police. and here are the pictures. you can see shows had the destruction. the tree into the home, you can see that some of the siding of the home is exposed. really incredible pictures and thankfully. at least right now, we don't think there are any injuries. we are headed to chesapeake beach and neighbor that made the rescue and calvert county tree experts shared the pictures with us. we're hoping to speak with them about the dangerous that you can face when you have trees and near your home and then also when storms hit as we go into the summer

sar sarah? >> thank you. in prince george's county hundreds gathered to mourn the loss of a bowie state university students murdered days before graduation. today's funeral service was for second lieutenant richard collins the third. held at first baptist church in upper marlboro. flowers pictures surrounded him dresseds in his army uniform. he had just been commissioned second lieutenant days before he was stabbed in an unprovoked attack at the university of maryland. police say he was standing had a bus stop when the suspect stabbed him in the chest. collins's friends, family and colleague remembered him for being caring. >> i can tell you first hand. lieutenant collins was highly motivated and excited to be an army officer. he was so proud to wear the uniform and he looked

local news at 5:00. a maryland man is facing murder charges tonight. roll lynn procter is accused of fatally stabbing his 82-year-old father. it happened yesterday morning at their home along mill street in fort washington. investigators say the pair got into a fight prior to the stabbing. procter is charged with first and second degree murder. take a look at this surveillance video. dc police are asking for help from the public in the search for this burglary suspect. shows him taking several items from the store in northwest. it happened on may 17th and you can see the surveillance images are pretty clearly if you recognize him call police in anne arundel county, a man was arrested and charged with indecent exposure. that i have-year-old adam is an dow was identified in four separate cases in each incident, they say sand
