video we're about to show is of a naked man. he is partially blurred. it was capture about a mont ago. a first in the video, you can see it appears man is walking around meandering round the side of the house. keep in mind this is all happening around midnight next looks like he's trying to see if there's someone inside the window. this happens before a censor light turns on and ends up taking off. next day when he was reviewing his surveillance video, he couldn't believe what he saw for himself. we ended up talking to that homeowner but he did not want to go on camera >> it wasn't until the next day when we reviewed footage from the back where we noticed there was

>> reporter: in stafford county, angelie hemphill fox 5 local news. he came to washington with gun, ammunition and cash. then checked into the trump hotel, but today, dr. brian moles was ordered to stay away from the trump hotel and the white house. a judge also ordered him to under go a mental evaluation. >> did you plan to hurt the president? >> this is video outside court last night. moles didn't have much to say to reporters except that he loved his family. today we learned moles is an emergency room doctor who has been is suspended he was charged with possession and transportation of weapons. court documents reveal moles left voice mails referring to timothy mcvay and eric rudolf connected to the oklahoma city bombings and the atlantic olympic bombings. the judge told moles he could only return to washington for a court hearings.

is this is fox 5 local news at 5:00. some people are recovering from injuries after a dc street car an metrobus collided. this happened this morning at the corner of 11th and 8th street northeast. early reports indicate the street car crash i do not the back of the metrobus, eight passengers were on board the bus and firefighters tell us all of the injuries minor. many people suffered neck and back pain.
