william county police say a man broke in through a kitchen window here at the potomac in and as he got inside the room, he stood over this sleeping woman, who is desribed as 62 years old and was in bed with her husband. he was touching this woman. and then started to gamer some thingsed in the room according to police. at that point the woman woke up and screamed. her husband got up and was able to apprehend this man. there was also another person that we're told that also helped out in this incident. grabbed the man and held him until the police could arrive. he's been identified as jonathan rodriguez, 27 years old of roanoke street here in woodbridge. he's been ordered held without bound. a few minute ago i went in and talked to the desk assistant here at the hotel. she didn't know anything about it. and i asked her if she could call the manag o
