police say the suspect stole a backhoe. drove it to the bank and used it to try to break into the atm. the suspect did not get away with any money and did cause more than $10,000 worth of damage. >> it's definitely very unique the fact that we did see you know our suspect in this incident knew where to find a backhoe, stole it, was able to drive it several miles down the road undetected, and was able to be use it so fluently to damage and try to break into the atm. >> wild. and surveillance cameras captured an imannual of the suspect. here it s if you recognize this guy, police want to hear from you. >> and now in the district tonight a restaurant just off u street corridor is shut down after people spot whad appeared to be a rat crawling around inside. >> all kind of critters and rodents. >> this say restaurant.
