he's accused of breaking the laws of the constitution and profiting off of the presidency. >> but he faces the latest legal trouble with his family by his side much this morning the first family is finally together in the white house. first lady melania and first son barron arrived over the weekend. now that barron is done with school for the summer. >> meanwhile the fallout from that russian probe continues. just days after former fbi director james comey testified in front of congress the president's attorney general will take the hot seat. >> first we want to begin with more on that lawsuit and what it could mean for the white house. we've learned that the attorneys general from maryland and d.c. will announce today plans to sue president president trump. >> also accuses of mr. and of violating the constitution. fox5's melanie alnwick live from trump hotel with details. good morning, mel. >> reporter: good morning, guys. we are here in front of the trump international hotel on pennsylvania avenue because this is really key to the case. the question is, if a diplomat or an embassy if they stay here or book an

violate the constitution and the attorneys general for dc and maryland say yes, absolutely. and we shall get more details as they lay out their case later today. you may recall back in january, president trump did agree to step away from the trump organization and its properties in order to avoid conflicts of interest. his sons now handle the business dealings plus trump still actually owns the company and the attorneys general of dc and maryland say the president is still benefiting personally. the us constitution says u.s. officials can't take gifts or other benefits from foreign governments. speaking in detail to the washington post, the attorneys general say embassies and foreign officials have chosen to use the trump hotel taking business away from other properties in d.c. and maryland. another clause in the constitution says the president can't get financial benefits other than a set salary from the federal government or state government so that calls into quti

lease with the gsa as well as trump's golf courses hotels and resorts if we they get any of kind of government bookings, state tax breaks or favorable zoning. the attorney generals say they plan on demanding to see copies of trump's tax returns. they say that's important to the case. they need those disclosed so that they can see what the extent of his foreign business dealings are. you know that those tax returns have been very very controversial so the attorneys general believe that if this goes forward, that issue alone would probably land this case in front of the supreme court. they plan on holding a press conference at noon today and as i said that's pretty much when we're going to get the details to seat extent of perhaps what the business damages they allege in d.c. and maryland are. live in northwest, i'm melanie alnwick fox5 local news. >> that's one thing going on not the only thing though. let's talk about the russian probe now. and more fallout

happening today, the defense begins presenting its case in the bill cosby's sexual assault trial and for the first time ever, his wife is expected in court with him. it's not clear if he'll end up taking the stand. spokesperson for the comedian says he is considering it although his attorneys are keeping quiet. last week, accuser andrea constand told jurors back in 2004 cosby hasn't her three blue pills he said were herbal supplements. she woke up in a bed paralyzed while cosby groped her. if convicted cosby could get ten years in prison. overseas this morning the pentagon is investigating an apparent insider attack. after 3us army soldiers in killed in afghanistan on saturday. soldiers were shot by an afghan army soldier who was also killed and returned fire. taliban quickly -- they claimed responsibility. the names of the fallen american service members have not yet been released. well back here in the area, virginians will head at the polls tomorrow for the state's primary

i would imagine all these different genres of dance coming together on one stage. >> yeah. absolutely. you're going to see people that are brilliant doing their thing before we take them of course later in the season with take them outside of their comfort zone and make them do other styles and they only get seven hours to learn from of course a brilliant choreography but if you've ever daned before you know that's a very little time to be able to bring something up to performance level. i know i couldn't do it. i could never do hahn neverly. that would drive mow nuts. >> do you get many amateurs or do you find that most people who come before you guys have a pretty significant dance background? >> well, i think now we certainly get a lot of super dancer i call them people that have been watching growing up watching the show. >> 14 seasons. >> doing everything in their power. doing all the different styles. but we still, you know, not everybody is fortunate fmly to be able to do that. so we still find that rare person out there that

talented and just naturally gifted that given the right opportunity like a show like this to work with amazing choreographers, that's really what really belows my mind is someone like past champions fiction and cyrus who were untrained dancers and then were able to latch on to any choreography. those kids never even took choreography in their own genre. so it's crazy to me. i mean i would have a brain aneurysm if i did not know that style and had to do it seven hours later. >> right. >> there's no way. and so for me to get, upping, people are asking me all the time. how can you get, you know, so enthusiastic about it? i said i put my body threw this, you know, my whole life. i have trained endlessly traveled all over the world lived out of my car and everything else to dance. when you see somebody do something just after seven hours and they bring it up to a per professional level, i don't know how to wrap my head around that. >> amazing. >> i really don't. we were watching a clip o
