>> let's bring in tom fitzgerald the expertthon more than we that point, fitz take it away. >> we call you captain amolument. >> everybody loves legalees don't you want to sit down and gobble up legal talk. this has been called emolumeth clause it's not only a mouthful but fancy say of saying if are you president of the united states you cannot have conflicts of interest from getting money sdomesticly or from other governments overseas. that's what is at the heart this today. let's be clear who did this. this was not quite d.c. in maryland these were attorney generals of d.c. and maryland brian frosh democrat from maryland and d.c. and they're the ones that file in this.
6:33 pm
>> and mention the at one point. and like the trump hotel behind us rigt now in essence even though the president said he was setting up a trust and that any time a saudi stays at a trump property in essence that is giving money to the president of the united states. and promotion of trump businesses and there's a difference between filing suit and suit actually going forward.
6:34 pm
and this say steep climb. monuments clause is never argued in court and case law on this and judges decided in in case what amolument actually is. we're on unchartered territory. " bone enters of president will say that's exactly why we need this case because global holdings around the planet and why this case is needed. and so a lot of differing opinions in this. this is how attorney generals out line their case
6:35 pm
it's important. >> i can tell you as i look out the window and see tower of trump international hotel we know exactly what is going on every single day. we know foreign governments are spending money in order to curry favor with the president of the united states. little respect for the rule of law. and little respect for the court's ability to enforce the law. we do not sue the president of the united states casually. i wish he would address these vie laces himself. and he has not and they must be addressed and remedied. this is a political question that needs to be settled by conress. jim, shawn, they're also

6:38 pm
shawn mentioned one of the birth days that involved a rocket ship kind of going through the casino. he's had before a 15 foot tall three level cake and receivers and math ixs an i can not believe they will go as a quiet night but maybe more toneded down than previous huge birthday events. >> he's president now. this has to be different and barron and first laidry are here. what do you know about the move in die amic over the weekend. >> they're now here under one roof. it was unusual for first lady to the to move into the white house. that's unprecedented thing and they taid in manhattan while barron trumped 11 finished out the school year it was
6:39 pm
him in school they didn't want to disrupt him by uprooting him and bringing him to washington and enrolling him in a different cool. the decision was he would remain. and first lady would remain. she's been a first lady but we have not seen much of her in washington. we've seen her on occasion and weekends and mar-a-lago with the president. this is the first time we're seeing here in washington and what she plans to do with the role of first lady. >> i have to tell you when we saw the picture of mel ania and barron off the plane with the president what struck me most about barron this was the first time i didn't see him wearing a suit h he was wearing tee shirt that said the expert and apparently that shirt was so popular it sold out. >> j crew tee shirt and mel ania said he favors suits. he wants to be like his dad. he's not as she said once a sweat pants kind
6:40 pm
he tends to dress up because that's the way dad locks. maybe the tee shirt is re rebelling from dad and had a fidget spinner with him. which i think most parents will immediately recognize. because apparently this is like the thing that every kid has at their finger tips. >> it's the hottest thing. >> typical kid. >> hottest thing. >> one of my children asked for one i said no. you want it because everybody else has it. >> dpivrt kid has one two. >> emily highly it's glad to you have on. we hope to have you back soon. >> sure thing. >> it may be the kind from the dollar store like everybody else. >> just because. >> the russian probe got more fallout. president under pressure to release tapes of knks and remember president said there were tapes. he sweeted
