congressional baseball game had a list of names with him. >> james koch kinson had a happened written note when he opened fire on lawmakers. fox news confirmed the names on the list. they are representatives scott dejerlay. trent franks, jeff dunk sglin jim jordan, mel brooks and morgan griffith. the list was found in james koch kin son's van as he shot up the baseball practice at eugene simpson stadium park wednesday. the park will remain closed to the public through the wee weekend. this has been scary. >> laura stir lived in this del ray neighborhood for six years. >> in a city it feels like a small town. >> what is sentiment in this city that feels

and there have been pockets of heavy rainfall in this. and over areas of the far west and part of central virginia and west virginia they've seen actual flooding in many areas there. it's been quite a bit of big deal as far as those areas are concerned. other areas maybe did not see anything at all. maybe a sprinkle. look right now on stormtracker radar you can see the 395 hit with heavy rainfall between d.c. and alexandria and south of us near waldorf and heavy storms that moved through there earlier and hung around a little bit. so they got quite a bit of rain as well. this is all moving its way northeast and before the night is over left with basically light rainfall. but we still have a costsal flood advisory in effect for st. mary's. that is in effect until noon tomorrow. be aware of that in the morning when it comes to high tide and rappahannock still has a flood warning in effect. current temperatures now into the 70s

of text messages urging him to kill himself. the judge says michelle's carter's actions caused death of 18-year-old conrad roy. carter was 17 when she sent texts and mocking his efforts to delay death and as suicide got underway and he fled his pickup truck in fear as the vehicle filled with carbon monoxide she spoke with him over the phone telling him to get back n hundreds of text messages were presented as evidence over six days of testimony. roy had a history of depression and uside attempts and was determined to take his own life. but the judge says carter's actions creates aid risk and her failure to act to save him caused his death. >> there are no winners here today. we fully understand that this was a unique case that dealt with a lot of important issues in our society today. in the end the case was really about one young man and one young woman who were brought together by tragic circumstance. >> this has been a very tough

we're looking at heavy rainfall in some areas as well as thunderstorms. some of you have not seen anything. but others have seen heavy rainfall and plenty of lightning. you can see now it's getting ready to move the way across the bay and still buoy, clinton, d.c. and owe to our west near the 49 5 also now seeing some of that rainfall. and here's a look at what we're speaking about in terms of flood watches and warnings and things greatly improved since earlier evening and we have a coastal flood advisory and st. mary's is in effect until 12 noon tomorrow. temperatures into 0s. humidity up there as well and dew points fairly high and we'll be heating up this weekend. we've got 80s tomorrow keeping eye on frontal system that impacts us with a chance of storms for both days. we're headed to 90s by the time we get to sunday on father's day. humidity will be kicking in as well. we have a couple days where you feel stickyness in atmosphe

but not a total washout i want to say. but you'll have to keep your eyes to the skies for anything you're planning outdoors. forecast a little later, back to you. now to a story first reported on "fox5". school year over in prince george county we're learning final tally of staff on leave, 848 school employees placed on leave. >> as a result prince george county schools making changes for next year. schools officials were discussing it as annual retreat national harbor. lindsey watts has more on what's next. >> reporter: at this board retreat today we've gotten new details about staff members on leave. first latest numbers for you. 848 school staff members accused of abuse or owe misconduct and puts on leave this school year. about half of those teachers and 233 employees remain on leave right now as we go into the summer months. also learn that 67 employees under investigation have

resigned or retired. we'll take you inside the meeting now. ceo of schools dr. kevin max swell here along with members of staff and cool board members. as we've been reporting new policies were put in place one year ago to address cases of child abuse by school staff. policies meant to better protect kids. some school employees have said this has gone over board. where innocent people and good teachers are pulled out of their schools unnecessarily. here's what we heard today. the vast majority of more than 800 cases reportsed to child protective services have been screened out. meaning they have not risen to the level of investigation. it's been more minor inappropriate behavior not child abuse or neglect. so the plan for summer is to make school employees fully aware of expectations and disciplinary consequences. prince pals will receive training and so they can do their own investigations and be more selective about involving

school board chair ubanks said he hopes to see allegations dealt with more appropriately and more quickly. >> i'm confident that if these new strategies are ap applied we're going to see a significantly better result and certainly people on administrative leave for less amount of time. and hopefully if not, not necessarily less reporting because again, we talked about the fact we want folks to report. but more of that being dealt with at the school level and at the administrative level and less escalated to long term administrative leave issues. >> we approached dr. maxwell and asked if he wanted to comments on discussions today and he declined to do so. school members and staff continue to work on new policies and procedures and they should be done and final by july 1. national harbor

and central virginia had some major flooding and there was some flood watches and warnings there. that has now very, very much improved and as have the conditions generally as this precipitation starts to move its way off east. it's pretty much heading out now. but we're not going to be having completely sunny, dry days for rest of weekend. take a look at wet weather as it moves its way up and heads way to the northeast. so as i said some of you have seen some activity tonight and some of you have not seen anything except maybe clouds. stormtracker radar showing us now d.c. just on the back edge of some of this right now. but still getting heavier pockets and bailey's crossroads getting a break. threw upper marboro where over andrew air force base we had a linger are storm for a while and really pounding down with a lot of light eping. here south clip ton and buoy seeing activity and annapolis as well. you'll see some of

few hours before a bit of break. but it's still a sprinkle here and there in the overnight showers that linger into the morning before we start all over again. coastal flood advisory until noon tomorrow for st. mary county and we will have issues at high tide. let's take a look at future cast for you. here we are now. but by the time we get to midnight as i said things start to kind of improve a bit. so we'll have some rain here to the south of us and to the north mason dixon seeing storms and same story here southwest and we get a break until the morning hours and light rainfall here and there spotty in nature and start to pick up again. looking at heavier rainfall and even chance of storms by the time we get to late afternoon hour. so we can't rule it out 1 0 0% up stability lingering into the atmosphere tomorrow and it's better chance than sunday of seeing storms. we're not out of the clear sunday either. current temperatures into the 70s. 75 in nation's capital this hour that's the same story for baltimore. 74 mannasas. 73 dulles
