chefere and have a gym time out here. eventually hold and wisdom we'll get you guys out here too. i don't know if they'll be any food left but we'll get you out here. >> there better be. >> we're a skeleton crew. there better be food left for us. right. thanks tuck. >> 9:05. let's talk news. first at 9:00 this morning horrick crash between a pickup truck an csx train in prince george's county leaves one man dead. it happened just before 4:00 a.m. along the 1100 block of baltimore avenue in beltsville. the driver of the truck was pronounced dead at the scene. it is unclear what caused this collision. the road was shut down for hours while police investigated the accident. it reopened just about 30 minutes ago. today's crash comes nearly one week after a deadly collision near union station. in that accident, 2csx workers were hit and killed on the tracks near new york avenue northeast. investigators say the workers had stepped off a csx train to fix a problem with a wheel and for some reason it crossed the tracks and that's when they were struck and kill. >> now the other big

overnight yet another provocative move by norh korea. they connected another missil launch allegedly its first successful test of an inter continental ballistic missile. if true it means the country is another step closer to being able to deliver a nuclear war head capable of hitting the united states. as fox's maryann rafferty reports president trump waste nod time taking to twitter to weigh in on this latest move. >> reporter: a north korean rocket splashing down in the sea of japan after a nearly 40 minute flight. launch is the latest in a string of recent missile tests coming out of the communist north. the move adds another layer of concern about a nuclear tipped missile reaching america. the us military says there was no threat to the us but just the launch itself is not what washington and its allies want to see. south korean officials affirming their readiness for any possible escalation. >> translator: our army is

with several settlement true cak roadways leading into the national mall area. this is all to keep unauthorized drivers out in case there's some sort of attack vehicle that tries to get in. this was just one of several security measures the national park service and local law enforcement is taking today as hundreds of thousands of people are expect toddy send on the nation's capitol for independence day like they do every year. there will be also security checkpoints all around that secure area that everyone entering the national small will have to go through. they'll have to going through some screening and have their bags checked and that, of course, includes several prohibited items. you are not allowed to bring on the mall today, of course n includes alcohol and drugs, no glass bottles or any glass wear, no weapons of any sort, fireworks, laser pointers and drones will also be not be a loud as they never are along the national mall.

yeah, here we are., 41 today. of course the biggest and best july 4th celebration is all going down right here in d.c. today. party starts soon. but lots of party preps going on i want to show you behind me here. we've been watching tour buses stop and drop off people all morning long here. it was big bus of tourist earlier now it look like maybe one of the bands that's going to be participating in the parade later today has just stopped off and they are getting ready and set and we'll soon be setting up to head for that. that starts in couple of hours. i also want to show you and bring around here. not only is the party a big focus but also safety and security this is just one of the safety measures you'll see walking around d.c. today. this is a barricade basically formed here with dump trucks and other law enforcement cars leading into the national mall area where of course is expected to be hundreds of thousands of people today and they're blocking off the roadways here just in case of some sort of attack vehicle trying to get in. of course, t
