privacy was invaded. this all comes after former staffer juan ma cull em was in indicted thursday. he took private nude images and nude video from the cellphone. his dubious activities apparently took place in march 2016. i don't think you should have naked pictures our phone to begin with. and if you do, then i don't think people should leak it. if you you don't have the naked pictures then they wouldn't have leaked it. you should be held to a higher standard, but i don't think you should have naked pictures our phone either way. if she didn't have that on her phone he she wouldn't have been caught in a bad situation. they gave the aid with instructions to him to take it to an apple store and have it fixeded. insteaded feds say he created a fake e-mail, download the images and forwarded them to politicians and media. it's absolutely not okay. i meanúthh information they abused that

way to almost forget that that it happened. >> about a dozen people in bucks county turned out for -- at a garden yesterday to reflect on what happened. many are still in disbelief that such a random act of violence could take place in their community. it was a terrible site wasn't it? still no word on what caused yesterday 's highrise fire in hon lieu lou. the fire broke out on the 26th floor floor. three people were killed including an elderly woman and her son. >> we get the latest from fox's will car. >>reporter: if the building in honolulu had sprinklers firefighters say the damage and loss of life would not have been nearly as extensive. the fire broke out around 26789. fifteen in the afternoon and almost immediately residents and witnesses could see fears flames shooting out of the apartments on the 26th floor of the mark quo polo residential community. plumes of thick dark smoke poured out of the building for hours. listen to one resident

fire went so fast. it was just amazing and the smoke just every where. there's smoke every where, hallways, evaluate, every where. and i heard three or four women's \voice\invoices screaming, constant screaming. just screaming. i mean it was terrifying. two women and one man were killed in the fire. twelve others were injured including a firefighter who had to be treated for heat exhaustion. more than 100 firefighters raised to the scene and quickly found out that they weren't going to get much help. the validates add stopped work ing so they had to hoof it up dozens of stairs and try and put the fire out. since the building was built before 1974 it doesn't require sprinkler systems, but the mayor of hon lieu lie says that needs too need legislation in our older highrise buildings. something that deserves serious

this is fox5 local news at ten. the justice department is asking the supreme court to block a just's ruling on president trump 's travel ban. the administration is asking the high court to over turn the ruling which limits the scope of a temporary ban on refugees and travelers from six muslim majority countries. fox's ellison barber reports tonight. the trump administration is making another appeal to the supreme court over the controversial travel ban. last month the nation's highest court handed a partial win to the

was reasonable for the government to enforce the travel restrictions on people who did not have a quote, credibl claim of a bona fide relationship with someone already in the us. what didn't the supreme court do? well, according to a highway i court adequately define close family relations. on thursday judge derek watson responded expanded the list of pennsylvania meal yeah relation ships if they're from one of the six muslim countries listed in the executive order. the specific family basedded visa provisions of the immigration and nationality act constitutes cherry picking and results in a pre-determined, equally federal immigration statutes define a close family in a much broader manner. attorney general jeff sessions says the decision undermines national security and shows a lack of respect for the separation of powers. some say

investigation he was recruiting for more than just the december since december they have been investigating this sergeant. in april investigators recommended his termination from the department, but sources say he remains working there at the second district without any contact with the public and his police powers have been revoked fox5's marina maracco has exclusive details. it all start ed with lies, at least that's how investigators first described their interactions with sergeant jonathan clinger man, a 17 year veteran of the metropolitan police department. he is mpd's program director with a salary of more than $90,000. he is tasked with supervising recruit and outreach of mpd prospects as young as 17 years old. according to this investigative report final lie liesed by mpd's interim affairs division clinger man was doing far more than just recruit fogger the department. he was

cadets and recruits to participate in sex parties. an anonymous letter sent to internal affairs in 2016 prompted investigators to zero in on the alleged illicit activities happening here at the police academy. accident sources provided fox5 these documents which show the long time sergeant on several unknown dates and by his own admission while on duty engaged in sexual relations while at the metropolitan police acontacted mivment investigators ceasedded ded the recruit sarnlg a event's department cellphone after allegations that the 39 year old was running an invite only section party website via the pmd issued phone. forensic analysis uncovered that the department's cellphone had been used to store, schedule, arrange and distribute information for these sex parties. some of the pornographic images on the department phone of both the sergeant and others are so graphic that it was

amongst most of the damaging karnlgs that on multiple occasions he had sex with an mpd contact debt while on duty at the police academy. we asked the d.c. police department for a response. they sent us this statement, the metropolitan police department's internal affairs division has investigat ed disturbing allegations of improper conduct involving a member formerly detailed at the police academy. during the investigation, the member was placed in a non- contact status. it goes onto say the investigation into the allegations has been submit ted to the disciplinary review division. there was no indication of criminal conduct pending the recommendation of the disciplinary review revision , mpd will take appropriate disciplinary action we reached out to sergeant jonathan clinger man and he told fox5 over the phone that his lawyers advised him not to comment on the investigation. >> football season is right around the corner. we

happened to be in the area. i had a chance to speak with the little boy's mother via skype and she really had a message for all of those who rushed in to help. take a listen. he went in the ambulance. three year old xavier is a happy boy now feeling much better, but that surely wasn't the case wednesday around noon as his family was heading back to iowa. they were just getting on t 935 at pennsylvania avenue. i heard xavier in the the back making a gaggerring or a choking sound and i thought he was playing around and and i was turned around he was actually foaming at the mouth. his lips were blue and he was aren't responding to anything i was saying. his mother hit the brakes stopping traffic behind her. she pulled xavier out of the car to see what show could do and that's when she saw a couple approaching. i don't even know for sure that the couple spoke english but they knew enough to understand that there was

you. they brought us water. jessica was panicking. on the phone with nine # one when more help arrived, this time an officer. he wasn't in a marked car so i don't think he was on duty but he got out and he, you know, asked us a bunch of questions. he kept checking his breathing, made sure that we were already calling an ambulance. then an off duty firefighter rushed into help, instead of waiting for an ambulance to arrive he called co-workers that he knows are by he called the paramedics that he works with. he called them and asked them to come up because he had just left them. xavier was rushed to childrens medical center. here he is recovering. jessica says it appears he had some kind of seizure, his temperature spiking to 104- degrees. he's okay now, but jessica wanted people to know it's because so many people rushed into to help h. we're not fr

didn't know what was going to happen next, where we were going to go. they just made sure, they kept saying we're going to kea care of your son. you were the first one to talk to jessica and kind of pass the story onto me. how cute is xavier. i remember her telling me that she has three other kids that were in the car. >> apparently they were all stressed out, but all these people not only helped her with getting xavier help that he needed to the hospital, but she said she was so stressed out that they really comforted her and i appreciated that. i was in a strange place and i didn't know the even and that made me even more nervous and everyone made her feel like home. i got a call from the mpd and they located the police officer and we hope to get an interview with him. there was also a firefighter and then this random couple who got out of the car to help. i'm proud of
