four people were inside that car investigators say the gunman shot 11 people. one may have a serious eye injury. police believe the suspect car drove around southeast spraying victims with paint balls fist on trenton place near congress hight and along mlk and anacostia. people railroad shot at other sites and a construction worker along mlk on revitalization effort and hot dog cart worker that didn't want to the show his face both were shoddy looked out of the corner of my eye and a awe a stone colored sedan. i yelled gun and turned to step towards the building was going to duck into the building when the shots started hitting me in the back of the schenectady. i think the paint balls were frozen

a medical examiner is performing an autopsy to determine the exact cause of death. detectives say there were no obvious signs of trauma. d.c. police arrested a man in connection with the shooting of a toddler in northeast. derrek watson is channeled with assault with a dangerous weapon. surveillance video captured the shooting back on july 10 in app alley off i street northeast. a 1-year-old was hit in the cross fire and they are looking for two other men seen in the video and identified one man as saheed sulu and they hope the public can identify the third man. i'm sure people have seen him out and about. i'm pretty sure anyone who associates with the guy probably feels uncomfortable with the fact he's responsible for injuring a 1-year-old boy in our community. and i'm hopeful those folks will gt us information to his location. >> the toddler who was shot survived. he is now home with his fa family. >> a former

school principal is facing assault and battery charges for allegedly smacking a student on her rear end. the alleged incident happened earlier this year in the cafeteria at carl sandberg middle school the female victim was 12 years old at the time she says principal terrence yarborough asked her to pick something off the floor and she said no and he asked her and and she refused. he smacked her on the rear end ever the school system placed the principal on administrative leave. he later resigned. >> and now to a story we have been fol closely a young man was murdered at arlington house party. they identified a suspect right away and five months later michael gray's killer is out there. lindsey watts has been on the story since the beginning and joins us now with a push to keep up the public interest in the case. lindsay. >> shawn, last week michael's gray's closest friend started a go fund me. it's

the money raised here go to reward for information leading to arrest and conviction. those closest to gray say they will do everything possible to get justice. >> we saw celtics together. that was the last picture mike and a i took together with my child. this was my baby. he's gone. >> months passed season the murder and for michael gray's family the pain is still raw. >> it's hard enough dealing with the loss. i mean, that's i he mean just dealing with the emotions and losing your child is bad enough. >> what's made it worse, gray's killer is still walking free. >> we're really hoping

somebody can help us catch the guy. >> he was shot after an argument at a party. >> it really is what f festerred all night long and related in later on him w wanting to fight michael gray. >> court documents ob kind by "fox5" showed johnson came to the party with this woman, monique williams. after the altercation with gray, johnson and williams appeared to leave. gray stayed at the party. these are some of the last photos taken of him. >> when we walked out johnson was waiting and had a gun. after the shooting, williams is accused of driving johnson from the scene going to a baltimore hotel and later to d.c.. williams was arrested and channeled as accessory after the fact. >> this remains a top priority of our officers. >> arlington police are working with federal officials to find johnson but they need the public's help. >> we figured this go fund me

consistent with norovirus. it does not come from food supply and it is safe to eat at chip olt eye. we plan to open the restaurant today. the store did not open today but spokesperson tells me they plan to be ready for business tomorrow. on the site i was poisoned.com which crowd sources reports from the diners several alleged customers say that they became sick with vomiting and diarrhea after eating here on friday and saturday. some claim that they had to be hospitalized as well. and the loudoun county health department is waiting on lab results to confirm it is indeed neurovirus and they inspected the source. the story made national sal news end ever the day chipolte stock down 4 1/2%. they taem rarely closed doors after outbreaks of e coaly in a dozen states in 2015. there was dedmrees sales following that and tonight reaction from customers that showed up and saw that sign on the door.

there. more wet weather rolled across the region today. in fact there was floodingment take a look at this. this is video from aspen hill in montgomery county. >> want to get over to sue right now for the details. and, sue, how many folks saw this kind of flooding today. >> it was mostly in montgomery country again today, tony, shawn, for a little while they were under a flood warping for streams and creeks coming out of the banks in aspen hill area that picked up an inch after yesterday. some same areas got two inches and recently the flash flood warning in effect for harrisonburg near virginia tech that was cancelled a little bit ago. they had a real problem with flooding tonight and we're still tracking one more storm does not want to give up in orange county. let's shots you what is going on with the storms including the storm we had in aspen hill today. they pop up in one area. they stay in one area. until rain themselves out and dissipate. we're having a problem with torrential rain in one area.

motion you'll not only see activity we had near the district and montgomery county and how persistent it's been in the harrisonburg area and there's a weak boundary out there causing a problem. biggest concern going forward is not thunderstorms but the week-long heat wave underway. today we got up to 9 again. it's been a hot month of july, july running about 2 1/2 to 3 degrees warmer in the district and still pretty warm out there tonight. 8 degrees. and you know what, when we factor in the humidity clearly it still feels a lot warmer than that. 90 in the districts and we want you to ready tomorrow not only will we likely be up around 95 degrees feeling like 100 but we have a code orange air quality in effect tomorrow and you know the drill with that. we had several this month. that means the air may be coming more and i more unhealthy for groups sensitive to that with ongoing respiratory condition. 95. just getting started going higher than that into the
