sticking points in our muscles that makes our knees go in or go out or we have over extension especially with running. cool thing about this, you take this guy here, you press down on your muscles. and it will help get out some of those knots you may have and help correct your align many with your knees. >> you talk about something e else. >> absolutely. one of the other parts is making sure you have proper support. especial physical you're doing a lot of long distance running they have devices similar to the knee sleeve. very stretchy very flyable you can wear this while running very mobile while you're still doing your exercises. >> do you do that preventively or do you do that after you've already had problem. >> this is absolutely for preventive use and if you aleady have an issue. the cool thing about if you already have an issue it has compression prevents swelling from happening if you're doing long distance running. that would be per fourth the oh the thing is the knee strap. >> like your t band. >> it's for your patella i have one on here this is earl osama bin ladenly good for runners you have that constant p

little fancy little nobody here that you can see and it provides little bit of pressure right on the patella tendon and that takes away some of that soreness and zooms the injuries you may have have on your knees. >> all right. >> so we have those. the other cool thing you can do, is making sure that you are making good exercise choices. one of the things that the study showed with weight lifters you have a lot of injuries due to the load you put on your knees. >> sure. things like swats, forward lunches things that like that can put a pressure. instituting those exercises can be positive a lot of squats people go directly down puts a lot of pressure and load on your knees. >> this is not a right angle. >> exactly. >> the knee is door forward. >> she's got it. with the bock squat, it promotes your knees to stay right where they are because the motion is initiated backwards. so i'm automatically going backward into a squat. which keeps me at that perpendicular angle with my shin. and i can stand up, pushing
