from new jersey helping police with the search that made the terrible discovery. skyfox over the creek monday evening and you can see -- you can kind of make out what looks to be a car in the water. now this was a little before 6:00 p.m. monday. family members and police had spent three days essential searching for any sign of 27-year-old courtney ash, her nine-year-old cousin jaelin sills russell and her five-year-old couldn't cameron martin. >> they rushed down the rotor aft after the car was spotted. they were reported missing saturday morning when they didn't return to her uncle's home in leesburg. courtney with the two boys in her ford taurus had left her mother's home in ashburn around 11:00 friday night. it was dark and rainy with gusty winds. >> the car was flipped over and partially underwater, yes. and based on the rain it may have have been under much deeper water yesterday. >>

ordered out of the united states but they were granted stays. since then they've been denied permission to stay and last year were told to buy plane tickets and leave the country but never did. last night we spoke to the brother's sister and immigration attorney about the situation. >> i'm heart broken right now. they treat my brothers like their criminals and they are not. and they're taking away opportunity to succeed in this country. i can't believe this. all my family is heart broken right now and really sad. because it's not fair. >> we thought that being admitted to a college in the united states for a kid that had grown up here and graduated from high school here was good thing. ice told us what that indicates is they're not going to leave. they're going to stay here forever. so we're just going to deport them. they didn't give us any opportunity to talk to their family. they didn't give us any opportunity to plan for eventual will the. they just said

little fancy little nobody here that you can see and it provides little bit of pressure right on the patella tendon and that takes away some of that soreness and zooms the injuries you may have have on your knees. >> all right. >> so we have those. the other cool thing you can do, is making sure that you are making good exercise choices. one of the things that the study showed with weight lifters you have a lot of injuries due to the load you put on your knees. >> sure. things like swats, forward lunches things that like that can put a pressure. instituting those exercises can be positive a lot of squats people go directly down puts a lot of pressure and load on your knees. >> this is not a right angle. >> exactly. >> the knee is door forward. >> she's got it. with the bock squat, it promotes your knees to stay right where they are because the motion is initiated backwards. so i'm automatically going backward into a squat. which keeps me at that perpendicular angle with my shin. and i can stand up, pushing
