>> you're not supposed to see through them. >> i need to know where to get them. >> i'm all excited now. >> we'll have answers coming up. >> okay. >> stay tune. >> awesome. i'll watch. the big story though at 9:0g fallout from that racist rally in charlottesville, virginia, over the weekend. the suspect in that deadly car attack made his first court appearance yesterday. 20 yeared james alex fields, jr. faces multiple charges including sector degree murder. he's being held without bond. the woman he's charged with killing will be remembered by the charlottesville community tomorrow. the city's newspaper says memorial service for heather heyer will be held at 11am at the paramount theater. now at the same time protests against couldn't federal symbols and statues continue to spread nationwide with some protesters in north carolina taking matter noose their own hands. protesters also hit the streets outside of trump tower in new york last night where president trump made a stop for the first time since his inauguration. earlier in the day, the

happened in charlottesville for the second time. but some critics say it's too little too late. maureen has that side of the story now. >> indeed. the fallout for the president and his response to the charlottesville clash continues this morning. this despite the president and white house revamping that response after much criticism. still it's taking its toll. president trump returned to trump tower last night for the first time since the election, but 1,000 protesters were waiting to greet him when he arrived. protest wagon many have said is an inadequate response to the deadly violence in central virginia over the weekend. after he arrived, the president took to twitter saying this. feels good to be home after seven months but the white house is very special. there is no place like it and the us is really my home. president trump had returned to the white house monday morning to meet with his top law enforcement officials about charlottesville and then addressed the nation. calling the violence in charlottesville "evil". >> racism

street northeast. he fought back and he was shot. the man later died at the hospital. anyone with information in this case is asked to call police. also new this morning, u.s. park police arrested three people after a chase in southeast. officials say three women in a car wanted in connection to robbery. u.s. park police spotted that car around 3:00 this morning. police chased the car and the three inside bailed out on 19th street southeast. one officer fired their weapon. no one was hurt when the weapon was fired although one person was taken to the hospital with unknown injuries. the incident is under investigation. want to take to you fairfax county arrests have been made in the disappearance of teenager believed to be gang related. 18 year miguel, was last seen on august 3rd walking near wooded area hasn't been seen since. fox5's anjali hemphill live in fairfax now with the latest. anjali? >> reporter: good morning. these three us suspects have been charged with abduction and gang participation.

here at the fairfax county jail, and where they will soon be due in court. but take look at two of their mug shots. this is 20-year-old jose vincent so so and 18-year-old edwin moreno both of alexandria they've been arrested along with a female juvenile. now these arrests are in connection with the disappearance of this teenager 18-year-old miguel correll low last seen fishing in pond near his home at the end of pole road in alexandria on thursday auguse disappeared more than week ago. police now believe correll low went missing under suspicious circumstances believed to be gang related. fairfax county police also did not initially say he was associated with gang activity, but they are now changing that statement. as they are still currently looking for him. if you have any information you are urged to contact fairfax county police whether about his whereabouts or anything else about this case. you can remain anonymous. th

♪ >> welcome back. time right now 9:15. this morning fairfax county police still searching for the man who attacked a woman in res to it happened yesterday afternoon while she was out for a walk in neighborhood. >> this incident has residents understandably on edge especially after the abduction and assault of a little girl just the day before. fox5' pell knee alnwick has more from reston. >> reporter: now people who live in this neighborhood say that they're very concerned about their safety. now they have even talked about possibly arming themselves after hearing of this attack. it happened just steps away from homes, the neighborhood swim

pool and shops right there in that clearing in the woods. let's take you to the skyfox video over the scene on north shore drive in reston in the toll oaks neighbor. there are lots of things around here. police say it was 2:30 in the afternoon monday the 22-year-old victim was walking along the sidewalk when a man dragged her off the path and into the woods. investigators say he tried to remove her pants but the woman struggled and screamed. that alerted neighbors and the suspect ran off. police say he got into a car and drove away. neighbors now tell us they're nervous to even do the most basic things. >> it's kind of troubling. um, you know, we walk around here. we walk through the woods all the time. i have dog and a baby and my wife she'll dot same thing in the morning and at night. you know, it's concerning as someone that, you know, has been living here for so long. >> police tell us the suspect inspect is a man in his 20 oars that's rights wearing a gray t-shirt with red writing on it gray shorts an red baseball cap. also, a little bit about the vehicle he

in. said to be a gray possibly hyundai or honda sedan. most distinctive thing about it people noticed the license plate began with the letter v. in reston, virginia, mel know alnwick, fox5 local news. all right. like we said the incident in reston comes just a day after a five-year-old was abducted and sexually assaulted in the alexandria section of fairfax county. that suspect is still out there. police say it happened around 5:00 sunday evening in the 6700 block of tower drive a short sht noticed the child was missing she resurfaced and reported when what happened. right now they have a really vague description. so vague i hate even giving it. they say he's he hispanic man that's all we know but i do hate giving that sort of broad description. >> it's unbelievable. it's unbelievable. still light outside and abd abducted. but, i guess if there's a silver lining in this horrible story that she is back home. >> she's
