barcelona street . then murky brown water is coming out of some taps in montgomery county. is it safe? we're in the test ing lab t find out. the news at ten starts right now. we begin tonight with breaking news out of spain. police shot and killed four men suspect ped of planning another terrorist attack south of barcelona. thanks for joining us tonight, i'm shawn yancy and i'm tony perkins. the suspects who were killed may have been carrying explosive suicide belts. a fifth suspect is in custody. there are reports several other people were injured. this lat est incident is believe to be connected to a deadly terror attack in barcelona earlier today. in that incident 13 people were killed and dozenses es more hurt when a van plowed into a crowd. crisis has claimed responsibility. spanish police have arrested two people, but they're still looking for the driver of the van. us homeland security sayses it is monitoring the situation. the

here from that shooting. the crime scene back on thursday exactly a week ago and just days after that over the weekend her family decided to remove jamahri sinned nor off life support. sinned nor had graduated from woodrow wilson high school and show was headedded to florida a a & m. she visited the school two weeks ago for orientation as she was heading down to florida in a couple of weeks to start her freshman year. a week after sydnor's death, friends, family, they gathered mere to remember the 17 year old teenager. a lot of tears in the crowd both from children and adults. i was a candle l light vigil where sydnor's mother spoke to the family and her father made an emotional plea to find his daughter's killers. >> she was perfect. i know in

police shot and killed five suspects in a resort town outside of barcelona. the shootout happened eight hours after a van swerved through a pedestrian walkway in down down barcelona. thirteen people were killed and's estimated 100 more were injured. it was linked to an attack as well as an explosion on wednesday night that killed one person. killed in the cross fire as she was driving in northeast. marina maracco is live with more on h story. >>reporter: an emotional night for h community as they remembered 17 year old jamahri s sydnor. family, friends as well as d.c. police remember the daughter of an mpd sergeant who was shot and killed as she was driving saratoga avenue in northeast last thursday. a week after the shooting the community gathered here and remember the wilson high school graduate. her parents made public pleas to help find their daughter's killer.

>> the s secret service is at the center of a lawsuit tonight the issue a public watchdog group is violating the freedom of freedom of information act of the they filed a law ought after trying to get access to several white house visitor logs. the secret service refused itself those documents even though it asked for those documents. the secret service responded by first telling us that these weren't agency records subject to foi a and then when we appealed that the d.c. circuit that these were records they said they already transferred to the records to the white house records management. they hope that withholding white house and visitor information is illegal. the secret service told us it doesn't comment on pepping lawsuits. >> attorney general jeff sessions has a message for gang members, we are coming for you.

the fda is picking a food fight with new york city. the agency wants to over turn the city's law to add calorie counts to more and more foods. fox's linda schmidt explains. >>reporter: chain restaurants in the city have been posting calorie count labels since 2008 they want to expand the practice to chain grocery and convenience stores that serve prepared foods . but the federal gocht is

think h it's so important for consumers to have this information. there's foe reason on wait. there's no reason to delay. as part of the obamacare , the obama administration adopted the calorie counting and wanted to implement it nation wide but postponed it twice. now under the trump administration it has been postponed again until next may. they want to implement the calorie labeling policy at grocery and convenience stores now, but the national association of convenience storeses is suing the department to block the early implementation and the fda is supporting the lawsuit. frankly we don't understand why they don't want to share this very basic information. it's just information so people are emotional empowered to make the best decisions for themselves. the health department and the health association of convenience stores will be back in court next week for another hearing on the issue. the health department in the meantime believes that calorie counting is p
