immigrants rights group held a vigil to show support for daca >> daca changed my life. without daca, i was never to go to school, college, even though i was accepted, they asked me for investigation. >> it was created in 2012 through an executive order through president obama. many opponents say the way the policy was put into place is what they take issue with. >> my problem is not daca per se, it's the way it was initiated. president obama exceeded his authority in my opinion. and i'm an attorney. to, by issuing this executive order. now, if we want to take care of these these kids, that's fine, needs to come through congress >> that's why the president will end daca with a six-month delay then pass to dragon and say you have six months to act on some sort of immigration reform. who knows if they will get it done in

800,000 people are in the u.s. under daca. he promised to get rid on the campaign trail then waivered a bit after elected. promised he'd handle the matter with a lot of heart. so you may be wondering why is this decision coming now? republican attorneys general from several states threatened a lawsuit challenging daca if the president didn't end the whole thing. several states including new york and washington already come out and said they will sue if daca is terminated. the u.s. threatening a massive military response to any threat from north korea. south korea officials say they see signs the north is preparing for another intercontinental missile launch, they staged their own with a live fire exercise involving fighter jets and ballistic missiles the south was practicing in case precision strikes was ordered. some and one of the north korean goals to destroy the lines >> with kim jong-un

face-to-face physical contact. because you really get to sense what a person is like. it's a chance to get to people meet them one-on-one. look them in the eye, shake hands. >> they're running for all kinds of things here. governor, congressman, council seats you name it. what's better than having a website or twitter or facebook page >> there's nothing better than in person contact. i love parades, it gives me a chance to meet voters shake hands. >> they're running for different things, they all got one thing in common. trying to cut past social media. >> the problem is that you really don't get a chance to talk to the people. >> these days in an age of twitter, facebook and snap chap, talking with people in person, that's gotten harder >> it is a little bit challenging, harder to knock on doors because people, you know, they don't necessarily open the doors parades are great, everybody is out. >> not this crowd, one reason this parade is a

. people aren't thinking about the long-term ramifications, especially on the employment situation. and that's why we're talking about this on labor day. you know, employment statisticscally is not very high right now i think that's somewhat deceptive. a lot of people left the work force and the nature of the work force has changed so much in recent years, but i believe in the wrong run, jim, we're heading for a situation where once amazon destroyed their competition and they rule the world, what will prevent them from jacking up prices and we being totally

>> this sounds a lot like another big retailer that grew in a different way. wal-mart, so you have amazon, which bought whole foodsly. then you have wal-mart and i think about wal-mart the outrage especially from the left when wal-mart gross and knock small businesses out and they're not paying employees enough some people say. why are we not seeing that same outrage when you have amazon coming in. >> there are a lot of similarities between wal-mart and amazon. i believe that the amazon impact in the long run will be far greater largely because it's mostly an internet based company, there are different tax implications helping amazon do what they're doing. i don't have a good answer for that. maybe it's not long enough into the process here. because it's going to take a little bit of time for amazon's true impact tre

through. but i think that there will be a backlash. my concern, jim, is that by the time there is a backlash it will be too late. amazon is very smart. spending money on liberal causes, i'm a conservative, i understand how the news media works -- if you're supporting liberal causes you're one of the good guys, they have their own tv channel for all intents and purposes, amazon, it's going to be difficult to take them on especially when people are benefitting with low prices and unless i've already mentioned the tremendous delivery without seeing the long-term implications of this. would live in a world where people think long-term. by the way, long-term might be a couple of years, we're already seeing the impact and it will get more dramatic pretty fast >> we can keep talking about this but i appreciate the insight, check him out
