i need to break this down here. we caught an uber the uber wasn't comfortable having the camera in the car so the uber ended up canceling the trip on us, and we're here i'm a mess we're here. let's break this down then. >> yes. >> you know that's often not the case, though. metro versus uber normally we mentioned this uber would no normally get you to the place on time. >> this is the important part of this the study done by the district cfo chief financial officer at a tight time when metro is trying to win back riders the study found that uber is often the more -- faster option. even in gridlocked washington. the faster trip that is for rides that begin and end win the city. >> okay. >> long distance trips it's more cost effective to use metro. it's faster and of course cheaper but here's the key, right, for these short trips inside the city, we have what are called choice commuters. people have enough money to pay the higher trip, the higher cost of uber even

instructor the owners of double dutch aerobics this morning they join us live to dish about the tour and of course they'll teach me how to double dutch. i told them it couldn't be done. they say it can be. we'll put them to the task and start talking to first. what is this work out all about? >> so we actually do aerobics moves in the double coach rope. we do jumping jacks, mountain climbs, push ups, everything in the ropes and double dutch aerobics combinations and it's no experience necessary. >> uh-huh. >> whatsoever. >> anyone can do it. >> okay. anyone can do it how did this about. we know jumping rope is a good exercise but to inn corp. this into a tour, 92 aerobics routine how did it come about? >> actually i saw my wife -- i went to pick my wife up. she was was jumping at the ymca. she was like, sean, this is something we could do for adults. i was just like that might be the best idea ever heard in my life. >> yes. >> literally the next week we started a class in new york. >> yeah. >> and then here we are four years later. we have classes i
