come in and repair the work. one woman elderly retired pharmacist was wased out of more than half a million dollars and had to return to work in order to make ends meet. prosecutors say rosebar stole money from welfare while he was stealing from his client. he showed no remorse at trial or sentencing and deeply bothered thomas hogan that called him not only a predator but evil. we spoke with two victims outside the courthouse today and here's what they had to say. >> i finally got the chance to you me to do something about it and not only that but stap him from taking advantage of other people and he basically is pure evil and just like what the judge said. he's pure evil. >> did he also damage your home an take your money. >> yes, he d i gave him
