shopping nearby. there are regular retail stores. this business park that we're talking about. restaurants there, fast food establishments. so it does look like this is self-contained area here that lots of people go to and work in. soothes though we cannot tell you exactly the business that the sheriff's department was focusing in on first, can tell you there's a lot of mixed media if you will as far as the types of businesses that are here, and as we have reported earlier coming in the hotels near the area too all connected. folks have been told to stay indoors where they are and as maureen just sharing even the schools out of abundance of caution. folks being told to stay where they are until they can get a handle on really what they're dealing with here what they have said so far is shooting with multiple
10:23 am
>> they're bringing updates as well. so al, i know you said you weren't sure if there was an active shooter according to this photographer with fox -- with the fox station in baltimore, he's saying that the hartford county sheriff's office is confirming an active shooter situation with injuries. >> they said active shooter? we heard earlier is there were injuries reported. i have to tell you there's no computer right here for me to get that update. but as we saw yesterday even at how word university that term active shooter just instills pa
10:24 am
make sure that that is exactly what we're dealing with here. >> in situations like this, trying to cobble together information and you almost hate to even say what you're reading via tweets because they sometimes they prove to be wrong and it's irresponsible to put it out there. we're trying to keep our viewers obviously informed and anyone with any business in that area as safe as possible given what we know. >> businesses have been -- they've been reported they reported actually the shooting happened around 9:45 this morning and it was in the 2100 block as you mentioned. they've also said at the time of the shooting there were actually several people inside those businesses who some still remain inside because like you said they don't know what's going on. they don't know what's happening in addition to the schools being on lock down in that area. >> maureen's .1 of our colleagues at fox baltimore one of the reporters on the ground has also -- had as not confirm the active shooter but confirm the injuries that there are in fact several injuries confirmed due to the shooting. >> i think it's fair to assume hartford sheriff itself tweeting out the media alert for media partners
10:25 am
airing any tactical positioning clearly they are getting in position or believe they have a lead on something. so, um, clearly this is a situation that is developing and they are trying to figure out as maureen said we want to give you the best information we can but at the same time we want to be responsible and assist law enforcement in any way we can. >> al, do you have any idea when this call came, from the hartford county sheriff, is that how we heard about this inc incident. >> not sure how we heard about it. like we always do now, checking social media and che checking te heart for county's feed. when i got up here at this position it had been about 55 minutes ago so probably now about maybe an hour and five minutes or so when they reported that this call had come in, and then i would say about 35 minutes ago that's when they reported that they were on the scene and they did confirm multiple
10:26 am
so don't know the extent of those injuries, and don't know exactly if they have someone in site as far as this shooter or who it could be, but the terminology that they used is just what we're seeing here just a shooting with multiple injuries and i say just. quickly come desensitized i think that phrase active shooter is what puts everyone on high alert though you just wait and see the extent of injuries or you just hope that we can all attach that non-life threatening to the injuries that might have come in today but again the sheriff's department did confirm that there are injuries that they're dealing with right now. >> the crime reporter for the baltimore sun and we'll try to confirm this on our own but did put out that police are in fact looking to put out a vehicle description for someone who they do believe that they are still looking for. so al, that might go to your point and holly brought up as well the positioning of the officers right now. >> right. >> not wanting people to get in the wave that
10:27 am
they are according to these reports still in fact looking for someone. >> um-hmm. you know, often -- it is out of, um, again, abundance of caution that we want our viewers to be totally informed but we have seen it before where we're trying to get information out in such timely and responsible manner that perhaps at times it can impede what police are trying to do as far as, you know, trying to hone in on wherever that suspect might be right now. so they're just asking out a courtesy if we cannot give specific details but they of course do want the public to know that they are on top of this and actively looking for someone to make sure that they are no further injuries here in edgewood, maryland. >> allison, you haven't heard any word confirming the number of people that may have been injured? >> they used that word multiple, holly. so i'm not exactly sure what that number is.
10:28 am
but that multiple is all that came out so far. but, again, we have crews on the way and hopefully we'll get some information from the public information officers there on the ground with hartford county. >> it's interesting that someone from our fox affiliate in baltimore got a call this morning after 9:00 o'clock from one of the companies in that area re michael company in that business park. they called and reported that the business in the 2100 block was on lock down and that they saw -- they did have clients inside at the time and that there was a swat team there and emergency medical responders all over the place. so they did call and report that and also the sheriff's department also reporting this happened just after 9:00 o'clock this morning in that area. so this is still on-going and active scene that they're still investigating at this point. >> just aft 9:00 that would make a an hour and a half ago. em encourage that we haven't
10:29 am
gotten any latest or any more reports of injuries. that's horrible to say. again, just hoping that everyone will survive this, you know new york city one goes to work thinking that this might become a news story clearly everyone there is doing business or they're eating breakfast staying in that area, and for this to happen is definitely shocking, and just hope the suspect is apprehended soon. >> yet i think we all sit on the edge of our seats every time we hear that there's been another shooting with multiple injuries, and everyone thinks here we go again. how bad is it going to be this time. we're in that phase right now. obviously where it's developing. we don't know what has gone on. we know something has gone on but police obviously working to figure it all out and we're doing our best to keep you n in the process. >> i want at a talk about those schools. we mentioned those schools earlier that were on some sort of lock down because of what's happening in the area. the school day -- the schools involved edgewood high school, edgewood middle school, deerfield elementary school, edgewood elementary school and william
10:30 am
elementary school. all in the advice of the hartford county sheriff's office those schools are currently on modified locked down due to the incidents in this surrounding community. so that's the information regard new jersey regards to the schools right now that are close by. >> i don't know if anyone else knows what does it mean to be on modified lock down? does anyone know what that means? >> strictly -- a lock down under abundance of caution. it doesn't mean that there's a direct attack on the school. it just means that something is happening close by. they don't believe it's connected to the school. lock down is just done strictly as a precaution. >> don't leave campus. >> yeah. >> that means no one can go out, no one can go n is that how it works. >> that's it. >> paul wagner scott way right now. let's check in with paul. paul, i know is working all of his contacts right now i know it's very little to go on at this point, paul. it's a long way from here up to edgewood. but do you have any else that you've been able to put together from what we've learned so far? >> reporter: the only thing i can add
10:31 am
number of the police channels and it does sound like they are looking for a suspect in multiple locations in delaware and in cecil county are places that they have asked for help from delaware state police, cecil county. we understand maryland state police is involved in this and that from what we're picking up there is a suspect that they have not been able to apprehend at this point. what we know simply from hartford county sheriffs from their twitter feed that there were multiple injuries at the emmorton business park in edgewood and we have no confirmation at this point or what kind of injuries they're talking about. we did hear some discussion on police channels they may have taken people to shock trauma in baltimore, again unconfirm. simply conversations that
10:32 am
there. we're on i-95 now. we're still quite a ways away from getting to the scene. but we'll continue to monitor the situation so, again, all i can tell you apparently, they're looking in several locations now for a suspect in delaware and cecil county which from the map i can see is just adjacent to hartford county which is north of baltimore in the falston area north of baltimore. >> paul, i know you said it seems like they're looking in several areas. does it seem as if they are only looking for one person? >> reporter: from the discussions that i'm listening to it does sound that way, but completely unconfirm i'm just picking up bits and pieces here. nothing solid that i can say for sure. >> paul, i'm curious,. >> reporter: we know they're looking at multiple locations. >> i'm curious, there's been word out about the model a vehicle they are apparently
10:33 am
looking for. i don't think they have a plate number at this point. based on what you said if they're looking in delaware, looking at cecil county the location where the business park was right off 95 is an easy jump on 95 to head north from there for the suspect which sound like they did. but look, we all know from driving up there many times there's mull pelt toll booths, too. is that the type of thing they can use cameras at toll booths to see if that vehicle possibly went through that areas? >> reporter: i don't know if that immediate, steve. that they can do that. i just don't know the technology whether or not that's possible. but maryland state police has every trooper out on the highway with information about what they're looking for, you know, maryland state police have multiple helicopters that they can use. we are hearing about helicopters in the air. we're also -- i did see on the hartford county sheriff's twitter feed that they're asking the media not to relate any kind of
10:34 am
have heard some of that. so we're not going to repeat that. but again, this is apparently a very wide ranging search for someone today, and as i men mentioned, all over northern maryland and even into delaware. >> bob -- paul, i'm sorry, let me throw this out there for you the thought process. while some reports and i know you mentioned police were looking pobbly for somebody far away from edgewood, but to tell the people not to give away tactical positions vladimir putin a command center set up in the area of business park d that lend credence to possibly someone still in that area? >> reporter: from what i am listening to, steve, on these channels, it doesn't sound that way. but i am not that familiar geographically with that area. so i can say for certain. but it does sound like where they're looking is away
10:35 am
business park where this happened. cecil county if you look at the map is east of hartford county and delaware, of course, is east of hartford county. so they're looking in a couple of different locations. >> so, paul, would it be a case maybe of they're just securing the area in around where it happened just to maybe make sure that this was perhaps someone that acted aid loan if they got beat on someone leaving didn't have help where he was or she? >> reporter: well, as you guys know from experience, when we have these situations, lots of times reports of a second or third shooter that never turns out to be true. >> right. >> reporter: so it could be a situation like that where they have reports of a second person or third person involved and that they're just being incredibly cautious here. and being careful about what may have taken place. again, we don't have at the moment the exact
10:36 am
exactly what happened in this business park. i am hearing comments on the channels that they need public information officer to come over and tell media exactly what's happening, where the media is staging which is a burger king there near the business park is my understanding, and that's where we're heading as well. so it could be that situation. it's just unclear at this point. >> it would also be great if they could -- look we've heard multiple, um, reports of what that suspect vehicle may be as to specific as the color, make, model and where the license plate is from. i would think if they can confirm that information it would be great to get out there so that all the citizens out there if they see something they can say something. >> reporter: right. keep in mind, don't want to get into one of those tunnel vision situations in the something like that per put out a white box truck that turn out not to be true at all. i'm sure they're being very very careful if in fact they have a description it
10:37 am
got some conflicting information about another vehicle. we just don't know. and so i have heard references to a vehicle but i'm mott going to put that out because it's unconfirm. >> right. as we're doing the same, paul. we're sitting on that until we can get that information cop fill. >> reporter: right. we're just south of baltimore now. so we're still a little ways away. >> all right. paul, we want to keep you handy, paul, but at the same time we want to take look at the big picture on the left of the screen as well. as we go full screen from skyfox right now. again, if you're just joining us, the reports came in just about an hour ago of a shooting with possible multiple injuries is the initial call. now there have been reporters from our fox affiliate in baltimore who say they have confirmed that there are in fact multiple injuries. the number of injuries of those injured has varied depending on media source you're following online. so we're going to wait until we get all the details
10:38 am
out to you. but the information coming in edgewood, maryland energy business park just off of i-95. you can see a lot of the response there from the emergency vehicles who are lined up there and you can see they're still blocking off some roads. they do have what appears to be command center set up there. and from all reports that we have had and that our paul wagner has been able ascertain as he's keeping app eye on the police channels and his contact with law enforcement officials officials it does appear whom he have did the shotting was able to get out of that area possibly heading north and east to baltimore to cecil cun teen and some reports of some person spot spotted in delaware as well which would fit the time frame of this happening just little over an hour ago. if they are headed north and east on 95 from were where the shooting happen. at this point still don't confirm the extent of the injuries or the number of injured. we are still working to get from hartford county sheriffs
10:39 am
the information on a possible suspect vehicle. we're still waiting to get that information as well. but you can see a lot of activity still there in the industrial park in edgewood, maryland. this again just north of baltimore where the reports came in just a little more than an hour ago. a possible mass shooting with what we were told multiple victims. however, we have not learned of any fatalities. we have been toll multiple injuries and again we are still working to confirm what the extent of those injuries may be and how many people may be injured. paul wagner scott way right now. we've team coverage in skyfox as you can see above this area a mix of industrial park, a lot of businesses there, we have hotels in the area, some of the hotel guests were told to stay inside that are near there. because keep in mind this is right off of 95 an area where lost guests would be staying. and also, some schools in hartford county that are on modified lock down right now. until they can confirm the person who allegedly fired these shs
10:40 am
holly, wisdom, maureen i know you guys are in studio a where you can do a little better research and get more insight into what's happening. >> i want to jump in on that school. you mentioned schools nearby from the hartford county public school system talking about modified lock down the schools that are affected that are nearby in this area edgewood my school, edgewood middle school, deerfield elementary school, edgewood elementary school and william paca old post road elementary school. this is on the -- they did this on the advice of the harder forward county sheriff's office these schools are on modified lock down based on incident in the surrounding community and modified lock down all student activities outside of the schools have been canceled. the students stay inside the schools. no visitor which is come into the schools. everybody is inside the schools. no more traffic in the area in regards to the schools. people are calling to the schools because they're concerned. because they're nearby this area. but the school officials are saying nobody is outside
10:41 am
so that's the modified lock down. no visitors. stay inside the school because they don't know what's happening nearby. >> and just taking a look now from the video on the left hand side, that's our sky fox over emmorton business park where the shooting happened after 9:00 o'clock. there was a shooting with multiple injuries. right now we don't know if police are looking for one or more suss pecks. steve has been saying we have have been seeing via twitter accounts description of a car possibly being sought but we are not giving that out because police have not confirm that to us. but right now they are on the scene. i note there have been reports that they're washingtoning around with weapons drawn looking for whoever may be responsible but that entire business park area as allison first began to tell us has a mixture of businesses, schools nearby perhaps shopping i'm not sure if there are restaurants you can imagine a very intense scene there. very tense as people are probably locked down within their own buildings there as well. not knowing what the danger could be outside
10:42 am
within these buildings. but again sky fox over the scene there on the left hand side. we know that a police information officer is supposed to be on route to help brief the media to what's happening. the media staging area parking lot burger king parking lot off of edgewood road near route 24 again there in the edgewood maryland area. >> of course we don't know any confirmation at all as to the number of people that have been shot all that that the authorities are saying as of now is just there are multiple injuries. so we don't know what that number is. we have not heard the term active shooter and perhaps that makes sense now the scenario looks like it's turning out to be this is the situation there and now we have someone on the run that police are now indeed looking for. we have multiple crews obviously following this. we have skyfox in the air staying over the scene, and we are awaiting word like maureen said from a public information officer from hartford county to give u
10:43 am
exactly happened here this morning just aft 9:00 o'clock. you can see from the pictures though from sky fox there's still very much a sense of stillness there. everyone staying in place. we haven't heard the term sheltering in place either but everyone staying in place. you can see in the streets blocked off and cordoned off and no one going anywhere as they try to determine exactly what happened here. and where they need to go from here. >> all right. we continue to follow this breaking news situation if you're just joining us. reports multiple injuries shooting there in edgewood, married, in the emmorton business park quite a ways from the dc line. we do have crew heading there paul wagner and other sky fox over the scene there. the left happened side is the picture of the business park where the shooting occurred. officials on the scene police officers emergency crews on the scene. trying to get a handle as to what the really looking for h here. one person multiple people is the person still in that area. to that end some schools on wisdom has been talking about being modified lock down a list of schools
10:44 am
wisdom? >> let's see. edgewood high school, edgewood middle school, deerfield element row school, edgewood elementary school and william paca old post road elementary schools. those schools on modified lock down. basic no one meaning no one can come in. everybody outdoor activities are cancel. of one stays inside the school building. according to one of our fox affiliates in that area 30 miles northeast of the baltimore, at this point they're saying no arrests have been made looking for vehicle with delaware tags as well multiple injuries, edgewood, maryland. we know that part and emmorton business park according to one of our fox a phil yale it. >> they did confirm the delaware tags on the court. >> according to the fox affiliate. >> 30 miles northeast of baltimore is where the business park is located. that gives me perspective. i was trying to figure out how far north that is. this is the scene we're looking at forgive us if we're stumbling with our information trying to gather it and then get it to you as we are getting it here. so bear with us if some of these numbers are facts change as
10:45 am
all of us here working very hard to try to decipher asly all of this as we go forward. >> let's go to the scene. kenly berry is locked down in the area where this is happening. good morning. can you hear us? >> what's happening. >> right now it's a little calmer than it was this morning. there's a fire truck blocking our road. no one can get in or out. they're redirecting traffic on 94 to go to 95. they have a huge area right in front of our building taped off. the shooting was actually diagonal from us. so, um, we just saw the police and the fire trucks and ambulance come and then had he heard the helicopter. and, um, we're kind of getting bits and pieces from our next door neighbor of ours who, um, her boyfriend works for 911 and was keeping updated kind of on what was going on. >> can you tell us -- >> we were told to be on lock down. just been trying to conduct business as
10:46 am
can with the situation going on. >> can you tell us the business name of where the shooting happened? >> i don't know the exact business name but it's a granite company like i said diagonal from us and as soon as turn into the business park very first company you see on the left hand side. >> so tell me, did you hear the shots and if so how many? >> we honestly couldn't hear anything. the first thing we saw were the police coming up and going into their parking lot. >> okay. so give me again some perspective where you are now and you said it was at the granite company directly -- diagonal from where you are. you're inside of an apartment building or where are you exactly? >> we're in the business park. we're located in the business park as well. we do home exteriors so i'm sitting in my office and i actually have a view from the window and the door, um, and i can see policemen still walking around, and, um, with the fire truck like
10:47 am
our entrance to get in, um and down the road where we would, you know, exit and enter from to get into our parking lot. >> sure. aside there that fire truck blocking the way out, kenly, have any members of law enforcement or firefighters or anybody told you not to go anywhere or told you anything at all? >> there's been people walking up to try because we have a lott are trying to do deliveries or get deliveries, and they told us that we should stay inside. there's still looking. >> the police officers walk aig round are their guns drawn? you mentioned things are a little more calm i'm trying get a visual via you of were we're seeing at this point? >> right now we're not seeing any guns. there were armored police officers walk aig round probably half an hour to an hour ago. >> um-hmm. >> what's the sense in your office building right now? are you -- you know you said it's calmer than it was before. are you becoming frustrated? how are you feeling? >> um, it's a little nerve racking, kd
10:48 am
what's going on and how long we're going to be locked here. but like i said we're trying to do business as normal, getting orders sent to our centers and, um, trying to keep our friends and family posted that we're okay. so we're doing our best to romaine calm and stay as normally functioning as pos possible. but like i said this is an unusual situation for us. so --ing. >> about how many people are in the office, in the building where you are right now? >> we only have three. generally there's four and then we do home exterior work so we have guys coming in to drop off materials or pick up materials, but right now it's just three of us. >> kenly, give us an idea about the area around the business park because we had heard not being very familiar with that specific business park we had heard it's a mix of businesses, but also some hotels possibly retail. what is the makeup essentially of that business park in that area? >> yes. so generally it is businesses. there's like an auto body
10:49 am
there's production company as far as like produces plastics. but there are a few. like three hotels and then, um, there's a couple restaurants as well, um, so but generally it's a business park with, you know, actively running businesses. and as far as i know, we haven't had any anything like this before. i know there's been reports of, you know, some prostitution because we're on the hartford county -- i mean on the abington edgewood border so, um, there's been some like small type stuff but nothing this major. >> kenli is the granite company where you think this happened is it a fall company? how many employees would you guess it has. >> that's great question. i honestly am not 100% sure on that one hob honest. >> no worries. >> it's a bagger company for sure. probably 50 to 100 employees maybe. >> okay. so at
10:50 am
waiting to hear word on whether you all can leave your office building. is that correct? good right. >> right. yeah. as far as we know no one being let in or out. so like i said we have guys out in the field doing repairs but we -- our sales guys are out and none of them are coming into the office. we actually called someone who generally would be here today and told her to stay home because of the situation. >> it looks like and i don't know if you can shed any more light on this, it looks like there are actually two granite companies near the entrance to the park. one that if you turn off 95 on to 24 would be right there on the right that's more like a marble and granite company and another granite company back behind there. do you have any idea which one we're talking about? >> it's the bigger independent building one. it would be as soon as you turn off 24 on to emmorton road i believe. >> yes. >> you would turn right into our business
10:51 am
>> edgewood road perhaps. >> on the left. >> edgewood road perhaps. >> yes, sir. >> okay. >> so it's a bigger independent building. it's not in, um, like in a row. like we are. >> it's like -- it's like self standing? >> yes. yes, ma'am. >> kenli you sound relatively okay. i'm hoping you are. i don't know if we've asked you how are you during all of this? >> no, i'm good. this is, yeah. i'm safe and for now, you know, all i can ask for. >> were you able to contact your family and let them know you're okay? >> i was. thank god for social mode ya. i posted something and there was a check in actually on facebook so i did that. i'm from pennsylvania so i texted my mom because i wasn't sure if she knew what was going on since, you know, they're out of state. but she's supposed to be coming down here for a soccer game for my sister's college team. so we'll see how that goes. >> we're glad you're okay ken dli thank you so much for the
10:52 am
if you get updates please let us know. keep us in mine. at the same time we'll keep you and everybody else hunkered down inside the business park. >> thanks very much. we appreciate that. >> i'm looking around here at in information and from one of our fox affiliates another fox affiliate saying that five people have been shot. now, again, this is all information that's coming in at this point. we're not able to confirm this. but this is coming from one of our fox phil yates i read another report from another fox affiliate saying five people have been shot. >> i have seen it also referred to as a mass shooting by definition that means at least four people have been shot. so, um, those are the kind of numbers we're looking at right now. >> so in this park we're talking about as she just mentioned on the phone hotels, automobile shops, there's a comfort inn, hampton, inn, holiday inn, motel six. a lot of businesses in the area in addition to the schools. one more fact on the schools they remember getting a lot of phone calls based on the fact that they are on modified
10:53 am
you may not be able to get through because so many phone calls are cupping in but rest assured that everybody in the schools is safe. they are okay. at some point they will be able to take these calls. so at this point they're telling you not to worry. you can keep calling if you want but there are a lot of calls coming in they may not be able to get to all the calls. researches assured everyone inside the schools are safe and at some point once they get the all clear from the sheriff's department they will lift the lock down and schools will be open and i'm sure you'll be able to go back to the schools. no visitors. you can come to the schools. you can't get inside. nobody is coming outside. that's the situation in regards to the schools as well. >> all right. we want to get back out to the phones now we've got another person on the line. retire fbi agent dennis may if correct. mr. may, are you there. >> i am, thank you. >> thank you for joining us. what can you tell us? are you at this business park or what can you tell us about this shooting there in the edgewood area? >> right now i'm just watching
10:54 am
the live feed i'm actually in the great state of texas, and i'm seeing what is probably a typical police response to some kind of active shooter type event. >> okay. >> what makes it a typical? >> go ahead, please. >> did you i was it's a typical or a typical response. >> i'm sorry. it is a typical response. it's very normal. >> take us what's going through right now in the minds of the authorities and how they go about addressing the situation? >> sure. again not knowing all the particulars, law enforcement is going to be responding to what's perceived as some kind of active shooter threat. somebody apparently called law enforcement reports of gunfire. people being shot first and for most you have law enforcement responding in number trying to address the threat. clearly if there's active shooting that's occurring you'll hear the gunshots and immediately
10:55 am
address the threat to make sure that the threat has been stopped and the public is safe. and this particular situation watching the news, looks like the gunman had stopped shooting and it becomes more of a public concern issue where they're trying to control the situation by not allowing more people to leave businesses, shelter in place, lock in and try to find the threat. it becomes a little more methodical trying to ensure the public safe while trying to identify where the threat is even if they're still in the locate. >> in a situation like this, do you have any indication that it's one person, mum pell people? is there anything that's given you any thought as to how many people might be involved in this? >> no. you almost always hear is reports of multiple shooters. and again, generally, you have one shooter and you're going to hear reports of several sho shooters. that's where
10:56 am
reasons. perhaps you have the situation where shooter has shot multiple locations and you're getting multiple reports from different people at different places they perceive they're's more one shooter. when you have law enforcement responding they're going to have detectives or non uniform offices perhaps with guns drawn trying to locate the suspect and again from a public's perc perception, they might look out and say oh, my gosh there's another shooter. so it's really one of those situations where it's very very typical for there could be reports of multiple shooters from a law enforcement perspective they're going to assume until they've identified the threat and done, you know, somewhat of an investigation that there could poe ten is ally be more than one. so law enforcement comes in with the understanding it could be multiple people and it's really um to them to figure it out as they investigate. >> so that's why we're seeing everybody's locked down at the location of the incident and yet at the same t

reports of, you know, them actually looking for someone who has fled the scene? >> absolutely. absolutely. >> all right. >> it becomes very difficult for law enforcement to say, you k know, particularly in a situation apparently like this where they don't have anybody in custody. they want to make sure thats are of course the schools and neighborhood businesses are all safe. they don't want to allow people to conduct normal business the typical reaction they want to go to the school or to businesses to pick up their loved ones. the safest thing is to lock in if the threat is perceived to be outside or shelter in place and in the allow more people to come into an area where it could be dangerous. >> tennis let me ask you this question. it appears at least law enforcement knows the vehicle the type of vehicle that they're looking for. the license plates on the vehicle that they're looking f for.

enforcement that the driver may have jump on i-95 and driven 40, 50, 60 miles already possibly back into delaware where supposed license plates were from, are there means aside from the helicopter along the highway whether be toll booth cameras or anything else that can track that driver how else might law enforcement be able to get the word out as to that vehicle other than just radioing into depths all over that area? depending on the situation, i i-95, yes, depending on where you are there are of course real time cameras that, you know, work in the capacity of collecting tolls which can be used for law enforcement. again, you know, generally speaking, you know, the news and the media attention can absolutely benefit law enforcement. you're going to have people in the public that hear the description of the vehicle that they're looking for and reporting it to law enforcement. you see that with the amber

there's a missing child where law enforcement depends heavily on the public to call in and give them real time information. so of course from a law enforcement perspective you're waiting for that caller to call 911 and say, hey, we found this vehicle or we've seen that vehicle. of course, they're going to be advised to copy a safe distance the not put themselves in harm's way but provide valuable information back to law enforcement. >> dennis may retired fbi agent we sure appreciate your time this morning. i hope you stay close to the phone in case we need check back in and get more inn sigh what's going on but we appreciate your knowledge you've em parred with us this morning. >> we'll go to paul wagner still on this way there. he's the weren't with our police sources and is doing what he can to find out what's going on. so paul, anything knew to add? >> reporter: i do, guys. give me one second. i'm listening to something real quick here. >> while paul listens right there we can let you know
