we'll have the highlights coming up later on. >> it doesn't matter. it takes one point to win. >> um-hmm. >> they got 81 nor chances. >> so it's all good. season is early. >> better than to start with loss. >> that's right. two minutes past the hour. big story this thursday morning the multi state manhunt fort suspect in that deadly workplace shooting is over now. police and federal agents arrested radee prince last in it in delaware where he remains in custody. now that manhunt as you're well aware began yesterday morning after police say prince drove to work in edgewood, maryland, and shot five co-workers. killing three of them. then he fled to wilmington, delaware, where he shot another man. now this morning the vigil for those victims continues to grow in edgewood as we learn more about prince's past which includes a violent criminal hit reach melanie has been working the story all morning and joins us with the latest. >> reporter: guys, at least two high level law enforcement officers said publicly radee prince probably should not have been out on the streets given his criminal history. that will be looked into. this morning we also learned that prince

this attack. 37-year-old radee prince in custody taken in by atf agents in delaware. he has long criminal history including 42 arrests, 15 felony convictions and an arrest two year ago for illegal gun. fox5 discovered that manager at a different granite business in edgewood attempted to get protective order against radee prince this past february. he said prince was fired for punching a co-worker then came back and threatened him. the manager was afraid he'd get violent again but that protective order was denied. prince went ton get at a a job at a new place advanced granite solutions where he opened fire wednesday morning. investigators say prince apparently had beefs with certain people and described the shootings as targeted. appearing on fox5 this morning hartford county sheriff gahler explain the terrifying morning. >> he was employed there for four months. he seems to be an individual with a trouble work history. he came in to work that day. there's in of course out there he indeed calle

residents who died in world war one. many of you are familiar because you can't help but see it in you're at the t at err it sits at the intersection of route 450 and route 1. federal appeals ruled the cross is unconstitutional. three judge panel it there two-one in this dig. majority said the cross quote excessively end tangles the government with religion because it embodies too much of the look of the latin cross to the point where anyone who sees it would think the government that owns it is endorsing christianity. the american human any of the association filed the initial lawsuit on the basis of separation of church and state. this is a set back for the maryland capital park and planning commission who owns the cross along with the american legion. they spent $117,000 to maintain and repair it. they're considering appeal to the supreme court. >> i think very simple solution if they donated the cross to private organization. >> right. >> partnership to help maintain that if the
