in march. black then allegedly committed sexual acts without the victim's consent and then in september another woman came forward basically with the same report. she told detectives she met black in december of 2016. she also met him at his home in this neighborhood and they had consensual sex. she said it was after that cons

hartford county was in a delaware court for his arraignment. radee prince is the man accused of killing three people and injuring two others before driving to delaware and shooting another at a used car lot. we're learning more about him. according to court records he has a lengthy criminal past and was fired earlier for punching a colleague. he is a 15 time. the foremost recent ones for failure to pay rent. in 2005 he was charged with 15 counts of burglary and this past february he was charged with disturbing the peace for that incident involving a fellow colleague that he punched. fox5's kristyn leon live at the business where it happened. she has the latest on the investigation. any word on a motive here yet? >> reporter: right now police are still working on a motive in this senseless tragedy but what we can tell you is that they are reviewing evidence at this time gathered from the scene

know that prince showed up yesterday to work with a gun in hand and gathered the employees behind those closed doors together, all before he opened fire. now, as you mentioned there, prince is -- prince allegedly rather, he shot and killed three people inside that store and also injured two others before taking off to wilmington, delaware, where he pulled up to a used car sales lot and shot a man there. and he was eventually caught and arrested nearly 12 hours later in wilmington, delaware n-a joint effort with local, federal and state law enforcement agencies. right now his bail in wilmington is set at $2.1 million and we're told once he is extradited to maryland right here in hartford county, that he faces a laundry list of charges including first and second degree murder and attempted first and second degree murder. >> our states attorneys will be talking to their attorney general up there about what's going to happen and whether or not he fights extradition or

>> ♪ >> this is fox5 local news at 5:00. >> here's a look at our headlines. we know the names of the two people killed in a fatal car crash in montgomery county. the victims are identified as 30-year-old kent brooks of bethesda and 33-year-old kathleen french of potomac. the crash happened just after 10:30 last night on democracy boulevard in potomac. police say the car left the roadway and crashed into a tree. the accident still under investigation. a prince george's county man has been sentenced to 40 years in prison in the death of his infant son. antoine petty pleaded guilty to beating his two month old baby to death. prosecutors cited a long list of encounters petty had with child protective services. his wife helped bury the body. janice was

staff john kelly. she said that he would be the most appropriate person to speak about all of the reports that have come out this week. now, when the chief of staff took the podium, he spoke about the experience that he had when he lost his son in afghanistan. he said the most important calls that he received were the calls from his friends buddies, some of whom were still in the field, still deployed after his son was killed. he said that he didn't receive a call from president obama but that wasn't necessarily a criticism of president obama. in fact, when he had a conversation with president trump about whether or not to call gold star families, he initially told him not to make the calls because these are so difficult to make. but when the decision was made that president trump would make these calls, he gave him some advice that he got from a friend. take a listen. >> let me tell you what my best friend joe dunford told me 'cause he was my casualty officer.

accused of luring women and sexually assaulting them. turns out this was not his first time using the web to entice potential victims. i'm tisha lewis and that story is after the break. >> ♪

>> ♪ >> welcome back. new details emerging about the registered sex offender accused of luring women to an officers building through a craigslist job ad. >> it isn't the first time he's used an online site to attract potential victims. tisha lewis joins us from rockville with the story. >> reporter: sarah and jim, montgomery county court records that we obtained though show that imtiaz rauf worked as a photographer advertising on line and reportedly took pictures, nude pictures of adults and teenagers and he

had sex with both. that's according to these court records that fox5 obtained. now, this was detailed again in court records related to his charge and conviction sexual solicitation of law enforcement agent posing as a 16-year-old girl. now, in that case back in 2011 he was sentenced to 10 years, most of the time was suspended. he was then placed on probation which he violated by failing to successfully complete a sex offender treatment program. the instructor described him as a liar and an expert manipulated. now this in fairfax county he's accused of sexually abusing three women on three separate occasions inside this office building in reston. police say the women were responding to a job ad rauf posted for an administrative assistant. the first incident happened in september and we now know the dates of the additional two. >> dates of the other two offenses

fox5's cori coffin is live in rockville with this story. cori. we're here at the neighborhood off clemson court where this allegedly happened. now, this is where montgomery county police say these women would meet colin black at his home inside this neighborhood here. now, according to detectives with the special victims investigation division, in march, a woman met 33-year-old black on the dating app tinder and had consensual sex with him at his home here. plaque then allegedly committed sexual acts without the victim's consent after that and then in september another woman came forward. she told investigators she had consensual sex with black in december of 2016 after meeting him on tinder. she also accused black then of committing sexual acts without her consent. police report that these two women don't know each other and the late of the victim that came forward was not aware of the investigation already under way with black. he's now charged with two counts of second degree sexual offense and one count of
