in march. black then allegedly committed sexual acts without the victim's consent and then in september another woman came forward basically with the same report. she told detectives she met black in december of 2016. she also met him at his home in this neighborhood and they had consensual sex. she said it was after that cons

they know that they say he is -- that those alleged acts were consensual. so, they stand by his innocence. we'll have more details tonight from police hopefully in a live report at 6 o'clock. for now we're live in rockville, cori coffin fox5 local news. >> new tonight a girl scout troop leader from howard county is you under arrest on child pornography charges. the police investigation into 45-year-old stacy mizrahi of ellicott city began in august a investigator its found multiple images on his computer. he's charged with possession and distribution of child pornography. state police investigators are asking anyone who may have information about the case to give them a call. >> this is a dangerous individual. this person shot six people in one day. >> saw three spanish guys running back behind the building, they

i could tell something wasn't right and i asked if they needed help and they said call 911. someone is shooting next door. >> he seems in this incident to have targeted his workplace. >> we have identified the suspect in this case as radee labeeb prince. >> chaos. >> we're a small business and we knew intimately our. >> the suspect was taken into custody after a brief foot chase. when he saw they had spotted him he took off running through the gun -- threw the gun. >> i'm still trying to make it. i live right next door to a killer. how do you -- how do you -- how do you fathom. >> who committed one of the most heinous acts we've ever seen in our county. >> the man accused of shooting and

hartford county was in a delaware court for his arraignment. radee prince is the man accused of killing three people and injuring two others before driving to delaware and shooting another at a used car lot. we're learning more about him. according to court records he has a lengthy criminal past and was fired earlier for punching a colleague. he is a 15 time. the foremost recent ones for failure to pay rent. in 2005 he was charged with 15 counts of burglary and this past february he was charged with disturbing the peace for that incident involving a fellow colleague that he punched. fox5's kristyn leon live at the business where it happened. she has the latest on the investigation. any word on a motive here yet? >> reporter: right now police are still working on a motive in this senseless tragedy but what we can tell you is that they are reviewing evidence at this time gathered from the scene

know that prince showed up yesterday to work with a gun in hand and gathered the employees behind those closed doors together, all before he opened fire. now, as you mentioned there, prince is -- prince allegedly rather, he shot and killed three people inside that store and also injured two others before taking off to wilmington, delaware, where he pulled up to a used car sales lot and shot a man there. and he was eventually caught and arrested nearly 12 hours later in wilmington, delaware n-a joint effort with local, federal and state law enforcement agencies. right now his bail in wilmington is set at $2.1 million and we're told once he is extradited to maryland right here in hartford county, that he faces a laundry list of charges including first and second degree murder and attempted first and second degree murder. >> our states attorneys will be talking to their attorney general up there about what's going to happen and whether or not he fights extradition or

the two rode a rhode island station. sutherland was stabbed more than 30 time. spires is due to be sentenced in january. should people be arrested for not paying to ride metro? it's the subject of a bill that's up for web date with the d.c. city council and it has a lot of you talking on social media. right now metro's police chief says an arrest happens only if a person has an outstanding warrant or refuses to cooperate with an officer. fox5's matt ackland is live at the wilson building with the very latest. matt. >> hi, sarah. metro is so against this legislation that today before the meeting they passed out these fliers bust basically setting the record straight, fact and myth here. the chief of police says that 92 percent of those who are approached for fare evasion simply get a ticket and he believes that it's actually led

kind of thing we've been looking at. these are three polls that just came out in the last two days, all right. here's christopher newport university. they've got ralph northam at 48 percent, they've got ed gillespie 44 percent. but look at this. you go up to the monmouth university poll, they've got northam down at 48 to gillespie's 47, one point difference and gillespie is ahead. don't take solace in one republicans. here's quinnipiac university. they've got ralph northam at 53 percent, ed gillespie down at 39 percent. that is a 14-point difference in this race. now, the question is this. after all of these polls all over the place, where are voters in virginia exactly when it comes to believing these things? well, we found out today they're not

>> ♪ >> this is fox5 local news at 5:00. >> here's a look at our headlines. we know the names of the two people killed in a fatal car crash in montgomery county. the victims are identified as 30-year-old kent brooks of bethesda and 33-year-old kathleen french of potomac. the crash happened just after 10:30 last night on democracy boulevard in potomac. police say the car left the roadway and crashed into a tree. the accident still under investigation. a prince george's county man has been sentenced to 40 years in prison in the death of his infant son. antoine petty pleaded guilty to beating his two month old baby to death. prosecutors cited a long list of encounters petty had with child protective services. his wife helped bury the body. janice was

staff john kelly. she said that he would be the most appropriate person to speak about all of the reports that have come out this week. now, when the chief of staff took the podium, he spoke about the experience that he had when he lost his son in afghanistan. he said the most important calls that he received were the calls from his friends buddies, some of whom were still in the field, still deployed after his son was killed. he said that he didn't receive a call from president obama but that wasn't necessarily a criticism of president obama. in fact, when he had a conversation with president trump about whether or not to call gold star families, he initially told him not to make the calls because these are so difficult to make. but when the decision was made that president trump would make these calls, he gave him some advice that he got from a friend. take a listen. >> let me tell you what my best friend joe dunford told me 'cause he was my casualty officer.

frosty and not as chilly as last night its an awesome finish to the work week. it looks like temperatures are going to head for the upper 70's. today i believe we topped out at 71 in the district but it was a little bit warmer to our west and south. so, what are those changes i keep talking about for next week? it looks like it will begin on tuesday as a cool front approaches, maybe a chance of showers tuesday, better chance wednesday. everything is taking a little bit longer and that will be badly needed rain and then we'll bring in a cool snap that will bring us toward the middle and latter part of next week. but in the short term the next four days are all on the warm side and well above average which is 67 degrees. tomorrow 75. saturday 77. sunday 77. and monday even monday looking quite warm around here, 76 degrees. and we know that the redskins are going to be playing some football up in philadelphia. hopefully i'll get to that forecast for you. we have that ready to go. a check of temperatures right now, though, at 5 o'clo,

>> darrun is awesome. i can't say kid. he's a grown man. but i know he's an awesome person. he loves kids. he's very funny. he likes to crack jokes and stuff. i mean, you would sit and he would, ooh, sweep you off your foot because of the kind of person he is. >> so, that was just a portion there of course of the podcast. you know, you've been getting a lot of reaction about this on social media, too. >> yeah. >> and some people saying they don't believe what she says and some people that do. what's your take away from this? >> yeah, this episode far and away has been the most discussed on our facebook page. we have the mansion murder facebook group and then on our public fox5 page and, yeah, there's a lot of debate. a lot of people feel like she was very forthcoming but also very coy at the same time. you're going to hear a lot. darrun has a 16-year-old daughter, you know, you find out more about what he was like, what his relationship was like with

savopoulos. you know, so she talks a lot about all those details and we ask her everything. you know, does it really make sense that the porsche was torched and burnt less than a quarter of a mile from her house, you know? so, she answers all those questions but, yeah, there's a lot of debate about how believeable people thought she was. >> i think when we cover stories like this and you always -- you'll speak to family members, people who knew the suspects. >> right. >> and they say, well, we never -- he never acted like this, he was had a nice person. i guess maybe some people are viewing it through that prism. it's his sister. >> it is right. you have to take that into account. they were very close coming up. she's older, he's younger. she really is the one that kind of took care of him in a lot of ways. he came to her house and stayed at various points. so, you know, the whole thing as you guys is so tragic for everybody involved and she -- samantha tells

>> ♪ >> welcome back. new details emerging about the registered sex offender accused of luring women to an officers building through a craigslist job ad. >> it isn't the first time he's used an online site to attract potential victims. tisha lewis joins us from rockville with the story. >> reporter: sarah and jim, montgomery county court records that we obtained though show that imtiaz rauf worked as a photographer advertising on line and reportedly took pictures, nude pictures of adults and teenagers and he

had sex with both. that's according to these court records that fox5 obtained. now, this was detailed again in court records related to his charge and conviction sexual solicitation of law enforcement agent posing as a 16-year-old girl. now, in that case back in 2011 he was sentenced to 10 years, most of the time was suspended. he was then placed on probation which he violated by failing to successfully complete a sex offender treatment program. the instructor described him as a liar and an expert manipulated. now this in fairfax county he's accused of sexually abusing three women on three separate occasions inside this office building in reston. police say the women were responding to a job ad rauf posted for an administrative assistant. the first incident happened in september and we now know the dates of the additional two. >> dates of the other two offenses

fox5's cori coffin is live in rockville with this story. cori. we're here at the neighborhood off clemson court where this allegedly happened. now, this is where montgomery county police say these women would meet colin black at his home inside this neighborhood here. now, according to detectives with the special victims investigation division, in march, a woman met 33-year-old black on the dating app tinder and had consensual sex with him at his home here. plaque then allegedly committed sexual acts without the victim's consent after that and then in september another woman came forward. she told investigators she had consensual sex with black in december of 2016 after meeting him on tinder. she also accused black then of committing sexual acts without her consent. police report that these two women don't know each other and the late of the victim that came forward was not aware of the investigation already under way with black. he's now charged with two counts of second degree sexual offense and one count of
