was out of jail despite his long arrest record. trouble with tinder two water main claim they were assaulted by a man they met on dating ap. fox 5 local news at 10:00 starts now. it is a popular dating ap, tonight tinder is at the center of a police investigation >> local women claim they met a man through the ap who sexual assaulted them. fox 5 kory kauffman is live in rockville with the latest on this. >> reporter: shawn and tony police say they see this often. people don't know each other very well use social media to meet up. in this case, it was in this neighborhood here off clemson court, where montgomery county police say these incidents happened. according to arrest affidavits detectives from the special victims investigations defender association in march, a woman met 33-year-old black on the date be ap

consensual sex with him in his house. black then allegedly forced sexual act on her without consent. in september another woman came forward, she said she had consensual sex with black in december of 2016 after meeting him as well on tinder. she also accused black of then committing sexual acts without her consent. >> neither one of these victims knew about the other. so investigators then brought this case forward and arrested him earlier today. >> reporter: black is now charged with two counts of second degree murder sexual offense and one count of second degree murder assault. we know black was a guidance counselor at albert einstein hospital in the kensington area. we can confirm he's been suspended. montgomery county public schools spoke about the incident and also gave us this letter here that they released to parents they call the charges quote, deeply troubling.

since 2009 and it is important to point out that these charges in this case have nothing to do with his job at the school or with the school district in general. i also spoke with family members at black's home they didn't want to go on camera but shocked to hear about the allegations they maintain his innocence, they say those incidents were consensual. a bond information for black has not yet been released. live in rockville, fox 5 local news. a girl scout troop leader from howard county is facing child pornography charges. police began investigating in august. he's charged with possession and distribution of child pornography. investigators say they found multiple images and videos of child porn on his computer. they're asking anyone who may have information about him to call them. we've an update now on a man accused of posting bogus jobs on craig's list to lure women to

interviews where he would sexually them. he was arrested on charges of sexual abusing three women he lured to job interviews. we also learned he faced similar charges in montgomery county maryland. ralph is a registered sex offender. court documents revealed in 2011 he advertised as a photography and took nude pictures of adult and teenagers and accused of having sex with both >> the other two offenses may, 2017, june, 2017, same scenario, placing an ad, women respond thinking they're interviewing for a job. >> take a look at his face, take a look at the address, 12 soar 5 sunshine valley job. if you think you had contact with him for a job, we want to find out how many cases we've had >> ralph is currently being held without bond in fairfax county. we're learning more about the man accused of going on a multi-state shooting spree. police say radee prince shot six

people. five at his workplace in maryland and another in a car lot in delaware. marina marraco joins us with the latest. >> reporter: there are so many questions surrounding yesterday's shooting in maryland, and delaware. by a man that was known to law enforcement as has a lengthy rap sheet. just in delaware, 37-year-old radee prince had 42 arrest, 15 of which resulted in felony convictions. in maryland, prince was arrested in 2015 for possession of an illegal firearm and thereafter last year an order against prince for alleged stalking and violent behavior was denied. outside the maryland state house in annapolis, victim's advocates gather for a candle vigil, the question many ask why was a man with past like prince on the street. another contentious point could lives have been saved if employees had the advanced granite solutions had easier access to concealed carry permits in the state of

surrounding states including now dc that maryland citizens should be allowed to carry a firearm for their self-defense if they so choose. perhaps if somebody would have had a concealed carry weapon in edgewood yesterday, maybe that tragedy wouldn't have turned out as bad as it did. >> tonight, all five of the maryland victims have been identified, three died as a result of the shooting. two of those shot in edgewood remain in critical condition. at baltimore shock trauma. as for radee prince he's been charged with attempted murder and several weapons charges for the shooting, his bail has been set at more than $2 million. tony? . also out of harford county tonight, maryland state police are looking for two people suspected of using a stun gun to rob a man in edgewood. according to investigators, state troopers responded to the rite aid pharmacy on edgewood road tuesday afternoon. victim told the troopers two people in these images used a stun gun

store. he said they took his wallet and ran away. anyone with information should call maryland state police. tonight, we know the names of the two people killed in a car crash in montgomery county. investigators say consent brooks and kathleen french were riding in a car on democracy boulevard last night in potomac. the car left the roadway, slammed into a tree and burst into flames. it is not clear at this point why the car left the roadway. you can see images here of firefighters putting out hot spots there. accident tonight is still under investigation. 40 years in prison. that is the sentence for prince george's county father who plead guilty to beating his two month old to death. prosecutors asked for the maximum sentence then cited a long list of encounter that is antwon petty had with child protective services. investigators say his wife helped bury the child near park dale high school. she was indicted on involuntary manslaughter charges and is awaiting trial. a form r prince george's county liquoroa

. it may only be october but starbucks is already getting ready for christmas. we're told that their new holiday cups have been designed, we're also told they're not red. that's right. the design appears -- we've -- we haven't seen them but talked to people who have. they say the design appears to feature a white, red and green holiday decoration complete with hearts, stars and gifts and snowflakes. the cups will likely be officially released next month. >> all right. there you go. we know they're very busy.
