into very very pleasant afternoon. 75 later today. i do want to mention cool air gets in here tonight look at wednesday, thursday and friday. temps only in the 60s. so going to start to actually feel like late october over the next couple of days. more on the forecast and we'll talk about how about halloween and talk about the skins cowboys game weather wise at least coming up guys. back to you. >> thank you tucker. the other gig story this morning, a disturbing case out of d.c. a man facing serious sex assault charges. still on the streets and allegedly able to strike again. kerry-edwards is his name. he's already facing charges for sexual assault in the district last month. now, he's accused of attempted rape and attempted murder for a similar crime in prince george's county. fox5's kristen leon is live outside the superior court house in northwest with the latest now. good morning. >> reporter: good morning, allison. that's right. the man you just saw there the 23-year-old kerry-edwards he was

he is supposed to appear in court this friday at d.c. superior court for allegedly trying -- allegedly sexually assaulting another woman but right here in southeast d.c. at a gas station. again, you see him walking there. the first incident happened on september 25th. police say he sexually assaulted a woman he had been giving rides to. according to court documents in this case edwards quote grabbed the woman by her neck and bent her over saying, you're going to take this expletive. he was charged with first degree sexual abuse but again prosecutors asked for him to be released on the streets. we're told that he was monitored with gps monitoring under high intensity supervision and now nearly a month later, edwards is accused of trying to rape a woman inside her home in prince george's county. so again the big question this morning is why was this man allowed back to the streets? again, nearly a month after the crime he allegedly committed there. so we spoke with prosecutors

it's basically been shuddered for nearly 40 years. since 1980. at one point, the is a of iran hosted party here, elizabeth taylor, frank sinatra partied inside this building. for nearly 40 years it stayed just like this under the care of the state department but still technically building -- property owned by the government of iran. now i want to show you video tape r street down off embassy road where we were earlier today. one of the two buildings there is a former pakistani consulate. the other the former yugoslavia embassy and these are properties that have been a banned the pakistani consulate for ten years just sitting like that and basically the city wants to take these properties over. and sell them. in fact the pakistani consulate has been sold to an invest many company that would like to turn it into residences but there's still now attacks lean. it's diplomatic

revoked few years ago. the city has been applying taxes on that. the government of pakistan which is moved its foreign ministry to another property says, look, we don't want to pay those taxes. the incoming property owner doesn't want to pay them either. so that's kind of in limbo. the former yugoslavia embassy is just kind of sitting there and she's are in posh neighborhoods that the neighbors are growing tired of. now, unfortunately, the city really can't do much about it council woman mayor cheh has created a process in which it could work the city could work with the state department to take these over. if there's no hope for the future of a building like this one here on embassy row, then have the city take it over and sell it and have something come of i in the meantime, this is a story we've been telling you about for years and just new reporting by the associated press in the past couple of days that it's just gnin

angeles. i want to talk about the heat. first of all you're used to heat and houston. they're kind of used to heat in an extreme. >> reporter: yeah, good morning, steve, holly much this is going to be something let's call it unchartered waters because they're thinking it could be a record game one world series start time temperature. they're thinking it could be 97. we've been here for couple of days and yesterday just in the downtown los angeles area 102. i think the record was 99 prior to that. so it was deafly hot. houston hot is super humid so it feels hotter than that. the dry hot is kind of tricky stay hydrated and ready and that's something the teams are definitely going to have to pay attention to. but this will be a historic series because first of all, it's the first time two, one and dread within teams are facing off in more than 40 years.

when you see murders in the news or like things that are happening disturbing in real life, does it -- do you think differently about it now. >> absolutely. >> that you play these characters. >> when stephen pod dock killed 58 people in las vegas a couple of week ago the first and that i did was call john douglas. >> really good john douglas who wrote the book mind hunter that our show is based on a famous fbi profiler. i was really curious what were the questions that he would be asking if he were there. >> what did he say? >> you know he said that, um, um, it's the op sift creating a profile because when you're creating a profile we don't know who the killer is and we're trig through process of elimination, you know, to try to find the host likely category of person that he comes from. whereas in this situation, we know who the guy is. we just don't know why he did it. do you see what i mean? it's about trying to figure out the why of it all. trying to figure out, um, what his relationship was with those victims. what did

why did he choose those particular people? and you know what were the warning signs leading up to him committing this crime. so all of those questions and i find that, you know, now whenever i see an incident like this, these are the things that i start thinking about right away. >> i am curious this take a toll on you emotionally you're dealing with pretty crazy subject matter. the interviews wire doing with serial killers are pretty intense. the scenes with the company he had killer are phenomena to watch much it's so disturb wagon he did. does it take a toll on you when you go home at the end of the day. >> the only thing when i first sat down with david and he was talking about the show and he said can you not get sick for a year because you have to be there every day? and so can you, you know, wake up early and stay late, and do that over the course of what ended up being ten months, so for me it was the kind of marathon of showing up every day and knowing the lines and like being

about that. first chef rocco is joining us live in the loft to talk more about how we can get involved and cook too and making risotto. welcome back. great to see you as always. >> great to be here. >> walk us threw the risotto. there are a lot of rules in risotto. it's obviously one of the hardest dishes on our hell's kitchen. >> we can't do it in four minutes. how much time would you really need to make a good risotto? every time we watch they're like they're making risotto. there's enough time they have time to make risotto. >> 30 or 45 minutes. a couple of tricks you can try at home we do in the restaurants that is sort of like part cooking your rice. >> okay. >> some people part boil it watch we're going to do we can take -- what we do build it up in stages. you do in the restaurant you stop it at a certain stage, refrigerate and when you get an order -- >> start ought out with al over little. >> olive oil, onion garlic leave them whole and season the oil. you can chop it up if you like. then a
