d.c. but then you got -- >> oklahoma city it's what's his name? brian westbrook. westbrook and then you go -- >> russell. some brian westbrook. >> if he was on there there would be an issue. right. i'm just curious. >> westbrook is from philly and d.c. >> that writer related to -- >> they got it right this time. >> let's switch gears at 9:03. breaking news. two people are dead after an abandoned house went up in names this morning in seat pleasant, maryland. now we still don't know what caused the blaze. bob barnard is live this morning with the latest details and bob, what can you tell us? >> reporter: we're not shnewer they had tried to keep warm and started a fire inside. this is the 6200 block of foot street and you can see the house there. it's two-story house and there's still smoke coming out of attic there. we're told the fire was in the basement first floor and second floor. the two victims found on the second floor of this house here. the fire reported at about 5:30 this morning. we can show

one of the firefighters first on the scene here took its dramatic looking image. literally names busing out of this house which was apparently according to neighbors and fire investigators here it was a vacant house and so the two victims they believe are people who were living in the house. homeless people, squatters who were inside. again this reported just before dawn around 5:30 this morning. it only took them a short time to get the flames out, and they sent fire crews inside initially they thought the house was strong enough for them to go in and it was and that's when they found first one and then the second victim on the second floor of this house that according to neighbors is a place they've seen people coming and going for some time. here's one of the neighbors. >> i've seen about four people going in and out of that house over the last week or so. this isn't the first time time i've call the police concerning this. yesterday there was about five or six people moving a refrigerator out and then, upping, people were still inside. i've always been con

that house. i've always been concerned something might not turn out right. >> reporter: the fact that two people have been killed in a fire there. >> that's crazy. i thought it was one. now it's two. that's crazy. my heart is broken over that. really sad. >> reporter: now, fire investigators say it will probably be tomorrow before they release the department at thes of the two victims. some who live here think that it's going to be somebody like kind of an older teenager, young in the 20s that both of them were fairly young people living in this house here. and one of the things that mark brady the fire spokesman for prince george's county told us is that this street here, foot street in seat pleasant has been visited boy tragedy having to do with fires in the past. 15 years ago the lot is veigh captain right across the street. mark brady says that someone through a molotov cocktail into the house that once stood there back in 2001, killing five people. and then just about two blocks up foot street, 30 years ago, there was a house fire that killed six children,

>> just heartbreaking. bob barnard thank you for that update. also following breaking news out of frederick maryland two people were killed early this morning. it happened just after 5:00 a.m. after police were alerted to assault happening on a casey ya court in frederick a man and woman found in the street with serious injuries and both died a short time later. suspect was identified quickly taken into custody it is believed the suspect and the victims new each other. more breaking into at the moment. this time from colorado. that's where three people are dead after a gunman opened fire inside a wal*mart in the city of thorton. the now the victims two men and a woman. police were call to the store about 6:00 last night. the gunfire sent shoppers hiding for cover and running for the exits. the store was evacuated once police arrived. now, police are now searching for this person you see right here who fled the scene in a vehicle. officials also continue to review security footage and interviews customers. as of right now, no motive has been established and investigators say it may have been a random attack. ♪

out the deadly new york city truck rampage made his first court appearance. he is accused of killing eight people and declaring his allegiance to isis. now debate is out playing out i shall say over which system of justice he should face. fox5's melanie alnwick in studio live with the latest for us. mel. >> reporter: prosecutors say saipov quested an isis flag for his hospital room and feels good about what he did. evidence suggests he planned to kill many more. say full foe saipov appeared in federal court if a wheelchair recovering from being shot by a police officer after carrying out his brutal truck attack along a new york city bike path. president trump said he's thinking about sending him elsewhere. >> send him to get mow. i would certainly consider that, yes. >> reporter: a reference to the us detention facility in guantonimo bay, cuba, suggesting that saipov would be treated as an enemy combatant and face a military tribunal. >> as i understand it the determination of, um, someone being declared an enemy combatant is one that

of the production team that worked on 1985tv movie he starred in. she says the legendary actor groped her several times and repeatedly asked about her sex live. the 80-year-old has already apologized. meantime, several men are now accusing kevin spacey of sexual misconduct. director tony mon money claims spacy groped him in 2003 at a bar. even following him into the bathroom. british tabloids are also running harassment allegations by several anonymous men. many of the charges stem from spacy's 11 year stint as arctic tis director for london's old big theater. london was rock wednesday by harassment claims lobbed at defense secretary michael fallen. the 65-year-old reportedly touched a female journalist in 2002. but there's talk of other allegations that could soon come to light promming fallen to resign. >> i realize that the in the past i may have fallen below the high standards that we require of the armed forces that i have the honor to represent
