well quol back, dy \police\police have a look out tonight for a third man they say was responsible for the murder of 17 year old jamahri sinned mar. he was shot and killed earlier this summer. she was caught in the cross fire of several people who had been firing shots themselves. police are looking for 18 year old james mayfield. they said this is the guy. they said anyone who knows his whereabouts should call the police. two other people allegedly involved in the killing are already behind bars phillip mcdonald arrested in august and robert most essay rested last month. we are learn ing much more about the gunman involved in sunday's deadly church shooting in teption and the investigation into exactly what happened. news reports that indicate that devon kelly had previously been treated for mental health problems. he was at a facility and briefly escaped. he had a history of domestic violence and was d

former charles county high school teacher was accused of sexually abusing a student. police arrested latoya nicole parker on charges of sex abuse on a minor. accused of sexually abusing 42 minors appears in court today. fox5's marina maracco joins us now with more on the new allegations. some serious precharges and this teacher was actually arrested yesterday and this is an investigation that stems back to may of this year and these allegations apparently happened sometime between the fall of 2016 and march of 2017. allegations that this teacher, latoya of saint charles high school shared inappropriate picture pictures as well as electronic messages with a unt stoo. we want to show you her mug shot. that is four t year old latoya parker. she was a teacher at the high school for roughly two years. this investigation, like i said, started back in may and it only culminated with her

went before a grand jury. the indictment was sealed until today which was her bond hearing and today is when we first learned of these serious allegations. she's now facing charges for sexual abuse of a minor, displaying obscene material to a minor as well as sexual solicitation of a minor. yesterday the principal over at saint charles high school sent a letter out to parents notifying them of the allegations as well as the investigation and today, the superintendent for charles jownt public schools also did the same sending out a letter. today we have learned that latoya parker was release on $20,000 bond and of course we are headed to charles county to get more reaction property community. we'll bring that to you you at 8:00 on fox5 plus. back to you guys. the ceo of prince george's county schools facing tough questions from county leaders on the grade fixing audit. it found students are graduating without meeting the requirements. some say the ceo needs to take
