hear what the pitcher told fox a. news at 10 starts right now. >> we'll begin tonight with stunning allegations involving five volunteer firefighters and gang rain of teenage girl. >> they're members of the strasburg fire department and alleged attack was recorded and posted on social media. and "fox5" marina marraco is live with the alarming klaipz. marina. >> reporter: that's right, and this investigation really rocked this down of nearly 7,000 people near the shenandoah valley. strasburg, virginia, it's because these documents were unsealed last week and five of those volunteer fire tighters are under investigation for alleged rain of a 17-year-old as well as distribution of child pornography and all of that documented on a two-page serve warrant affidavit. now, this investigation actually dates back

document which cop tends concerned citizens alerted of existence of video showing gang rain of a 17-year-old white female by members of the strasburg fire department. and now the affidavit names five suspects all firefighters and says the alleged acts napped three different locations including the the strasburg volunteer firehouse. now the mother of that 17-year-old provided investigators with screen shots of videos that were districted via social media act snap chat and those screen shoots cording to investigators show alleged victim highly intoxicated and intimidated by all of the suspects and adds sex with at least one of the men was not consensual. the mayor decide today was best if the town recuse itself from the investigation

head he's been on the force 18 years and is in grave condition tonight and we're told officers are looking for the gunman. tonight, maryland governor larry hogan tweeted the first lady and i are asking all marylanders to joan us in p praying for baltimore police officer shot in the line of duty earlier tonight. >> and happening now a maryland high school special education teacher is free on bond after she was arrested and accused of selling drugs on school property. and 51-year-old monica snee allegedly sold heroin and pills at parkside high school in salisbury. need was arrested after a month-long investigation. investigators found 100 capsules which tested positive for heroin as well as nearly 350 oxycodone pills. detectives found a supply of empty plastic baggys and fearly 3,000 in cash. authorities say the investigation revealed need was selling the drugs throughout

including high school. however, the school released a statement saying "we have no knowledge that any students were involved in drug transactions nor any knowledge of drug transactions made inside parkside high school. the alleged transactions took place in a parking lot behind the school and near the bus ramp. need was arrested off school property. she was released on 50,000 bond sean due back in court on december 7. if convicted she faces up to 40 years in prison. >> and all right, theres with a big fight between two rival high school football teams in the district and it means that key players from both teams will miss playing in the annual holiday turkey bowl game coming on you on thanksgiving. cameras were rolling here you can see this when players from eastern and woodstone started throwing punches, melissa i understand one of the coach from one of the teams is pointing the finger at the other team. >> shawn, that seems to be the case at this
