ones. live with what a new lawsuit is revealing tonight. >> cbs morning show host charlie rose was suspended from hes job following accumulations of sexual harassment. the major impact a new law could have on maryland's craft beer industry. and these famous turkeys arrived in dc for their presidential pardon. the news at 10:00 starts now. > . dc's attorney general filed a lawsuit against a local funeral home accusing them of operating without a license and charging grieving families for services they never got. cori coffin has been working this story, cori, what have you learned. >> reporter: we know multiple families are still trying to get the money back from the austin roysster funeral home as well as paperwork. we've tried reaching out to anyone operating the funeral home. they're not answering as of tonight and we've tried to find out more from the officials who

gotten no response so far. let me give you a look at some paperwork filed. now, in this case, in one of these cases with this lawsuit, if the funeral home is accused of pocketing $47,000 of one deceased man's life insurance put payout. they 11 the chief operating officer, ja mel roysster advised them to sign over his $53,000 life insurance policy in order to pay for a funeral that cost less than $6,000. he said that roysster assured him she'd be paying the rest of that back to him. that's $47,000. several months calls, text messages and even two cross country trips later, haze only got a bounced check back. in another case, gregory said she requested her deceased grandmother be properly cleansed and prepared by muslim women as addicted by muslim tradition. gregory alleges that roysster

cori coffin, fox 5 local news. developing, a bus driver an bus for fairfax county public schools are accused of assaulting a 11 yard who as autism on a school bus. they believe edmund bailey and james duffy assaulted him twice in one week. both are charged with assault and battery. the aide resigned and the bus driver is anne administrative leave. a former uber driver is accused of sexually assaulting a woman in his car at american university. he's charged with fire department sexual abuse. today, we learned he was permanently removed from providing uber rides in 2015 but uber won't say why. the victim said he picked her up in the dupont circle and sexual assaulted her before she got out at american university. it's an issue that has hit communities nationwide, police profiing people based on the color of their skin. some neighbors

gun on me other than me walking and being black. >> reporter: now, we asked dc police to respond to this video, and asked if this stop and others leak it are appropriate. they wouldn't answer those questions. they also wouldn't say if the officers wrote a report about that stop in the video or if they had a valid reason to stop the man in the first place. here's what they did say in a statement to us. quote, npd is committed to removing illegal firearms from our community. if anyone believes that there's an treated inappropriately by an npd officer, we urge them to file a complaint with npd or the office of police complaints so the matter can be fully investigated. and just to be fair, we should note that records of those complaints against police officers are not released to the public. so we've been trying for last few days to get an interview with council member tray white. he said he didn't have time to talk with us about it but he said

you ask a lot of folks and they will tell you it is getting more difficult to find acceptable child care, researchers question more than 300 parents across the country with at least one child between the ages of one and five. 62% said they had trouble finding day care that met their standards, only about half felt confident they could determine if a facility because safe and healthy. if your child suffer as concussion, their saliva could help determine how long symptoms will last. a recent experimental test that measures fragments of material and saliva was fitzgeraldly 90% accurate in identifying children's whose concussion symptoms lasted at least one month. if this test pans out a presumption could simply swab a sample of saliva, send it to the lab and notify your family the next day. craft beers, you know, they're becoming increasingly popular. and the business continues to grow. but some brewers say the laws in maryland have not kept up with the times. maryland's comptroer

. back now with the dramatic plane crash caught on camera. this happened sunday morning in clear water florida. the footage was captured by a deputy's dash cam, miraculously, the pilot and passenger walked away from that crash. the pilot said he thinks an engine problem is what led to it. an official cause has not yet been determined.
