buzz feed news broke the news that he filed a wrongful dismiss al in 2014 with an employee saying she was fired that because she wouldn't give into his sexual advances. other s that worked for conyers had similar stories about him. there were affidavits that were notarized by other employees who essentially corroboratedded her statements. people were saying that they saw mr. conyers touch ing female staffers inappropriately, repeatedly rub bing their backs or hair legislation often in public. which some of these women said was humiliating and demeaning. >> now, when reached at his home by the associated press, the congressman said at first he didn't know about any settlement . later in the statement he said he admitted to no wrongdoing. buzz feed's first claim doesn't ring true because

late tonight. when i say the hot lane is that the most simplistic way to describe what the net neutrality is. >> thation ' right. think of a list of rules that your internet provider is how quickly you do it. rules are put in place, the chairman of the fcc dwea seemed set on over turning them. why is there this push to do this? there's an argument that p cans like comcast and verizon that have been making. because these rules are in place they're not investing as much as they would spending bills more every year, building out cables and cell fours. there's an argument that the companies make that they're not planning to slow your web traffic. so aji pie are rolling back these rules, a clear win for some of these telecom and cable providers. when you talk

off the top comcast, a lot of people use the argument, hey, look, comcast owns nbc. they have a lot of program. they have a lot of ways to dream information. they can priorities something from nbc over something from netflix. is that what the main complaint is that is a big concern. essentially if you con troalt pipes, the internet and how it's deliver that you can also control the content, what content gets priority versus what content doesn't. if these companies own that content and they own how it's distributed that creates a conflict of interest. before we move on before about that, i did want to point out the republicans control the fcc it's a three to two margin. will this pass without much opposition. >> the expectation is yes, this will pass in december wet fcc meets. the next step is likely court, internet companies and liberal activists very much oppose this move

going to fight it. you mentioned content providers and distributors which brings us to the other big news out of the week, the department of justice says they're going to sue to stop this mega merger between at t and time warner much there's no substantial of this, maybe the president is unhappy with cn n and he got involved. the bottom line is why the doj get involved. the argument is if they buy time warner it will create a conflict. a att owns direct tv. time warner owns hbo and the doj \see\seas a conflict there. but you're right, there has been a political cloud that's sort of cast over this entire deal and that certainly will be a factor as this goes to earth could. so when you mention the doj getting involved , we know that comcast bought nbc a number of years ago . att bought direct tv not too long ago. what's the diff
