long discussion on it. it is a situation that we will handle. of course the overriding concern is here is that with each new missile launch north korea gets closer to what its possible goal may be and that is placing a nuclear war head on top of a missile that could possibly reach the us or its allies. this launch tonight marks a break of nearly two months. the last korean missile test was on september 15. >> it was mentioned president trump was on capital hill this afternoon to meet with republican leaders about the gop 's \tax\tacks reform plan. earlier in the day the president attacked disems on twitter so their leadership backed out of plans to meet with him as well. besides tax reform congress must also pass a deal to keep the government going or we could see another government shutdown. i would absolutely blame the democrats. if it happens it's going to be over illegals pouring into the country, crime

5:08 pm
explained the cash only option is because metro doesn't have the ability to move a credit card machine from outside the gates inside. there's two reasons. we'd have to completely rewire it to bring a machine like that into that area and secondly there's not enough room. metro estimates it has lost $25 million in the past 17 years because of the negative balance policy. but some riders say before you change that policy, improve the way riders can pay. so what happens if you get off a train, you've just got no cash, a loft us don't carry cash. what do you do? once this policy is in place, what you're going to have to do is go to the station manager, ask the station manager to let you out to the machines that have credit card readers. then you've got to come back in, ask the station manager to let you come back in then you've got to take your card and swipe out. all of this because according to jack

they can't move these machines inside to make it more comfortable convenient. he says es. there's not enough room . he says it's too expensive one thing they did point out today, they're working on technology. possibly in the future you can use your phone, apple pay and other apps like that to actually pay your bill, but that's still a long ways away. live in tenly town tonight. legal trouble for metro. the arch dioceses of washington is now suing the transit agency after metro re jected their ad promoting a new initiative. why metro says it violates their guidelines. it was quite forceful. telling me to relax. i think then i started to like get a little bit confused. more bombshell allegations against harvey weinstein. a british actress accuses of him sex trafficking. the reason she says she stayed quietor
