radio hottest garrison keeler is out of a job. fired amid allegations of inappropriate behavior with someone who worked with him. keeler is the creator of a popular radio show a prairie home companion, he retired last year and it is hosted by someone else. minnesota public radio said they learned last month, he defended minnesota senator al franken in an opt add for the "washington post." in other sexual abuse on capitol hill this time victim is a tourist. and members of congress are sounding off about how safe visitors are when they head to the hill. tom fitzgerald is there with more. what's going on. >> reporter: this happen last wednesday, we learned of it through the capitol police a bladder. according to this. reporter: this is listed as a sexual abuse case, it involves

who reported being groped by an individual inside the u.s. capitol building itself while on a tour group. now, fox news producer for congress and correspondent chad bergm ram said capitol hill released very few details about this case in this instance it referred to two people in capitol visitor center who were there presumably for a tour and someone else came over to them and groped them. those two individuals then went to the u.s. capitol police, reported this individual, and they arrested him. >> reporter: now, late this afternoon, upon a request from fox 5 news, u.s. capitol police did release a redacted reverse of their police report. it the identifies the suspect only as a 20-year-old man and listed the offense as sexual abuse

such as whether or not this suspect was in customer for any length of time or whether or not that individual is still in custody, we have not heard back as far as that he is clarification of those details. however, this news came out as the house of representatives were voting on a package to increase training from members and staffers on sexual harassment given the wave of concern about sexual harassment issues here on the hill and throughout the country. what are barbara com stock said she learned of this incident involving the tour group and is hopeful that moving forward more victims are knowing now to speak out when something happens. >> i'm please that day people came forward. we'll make sure it's thoroughly investigated and any such action in the future can be prevented

grand to spring him from jail. joyce, sprang into action. within a few hour, she knew she had been scammed. here's part of her story. >> i said is this jonathan? you know, i used that name, and he said yes. i said what's wrong? he said i really, i really am in trouble. and i'm really sorry to call but i really need your help. he said i was in a car accident. and i was speeding and i went through a red light and i accidently hit another car. and the person in the other car was hurt really badly. so they put me in jail. and i said my goodness, where are you? he said you know, it's a county jail. he said the word county. so i didn't go back and ask him which county. and whatnot. >> from there, the scam worked like this. so-called jonathan put her in touch with man claiming to be a public defender. who put her

so-called bail bonds man who gave her the information she needed to wire the 5 grand. she was told to go to a bank of america and was given the name of a business and an account. it was all business for a few hours until thomas called her grandson's cell phone to see if he had been released from jail. >> he answered the phone and so now, i'm like, where are you? you know? what happened? where are you? he said what do you mean? i said well somebody called and said you were in jail. he said oh, no. he said, that was a exam he said i'm in church. >> joyce thomas said the scammers keyed in on her natural instinct to hurt. her advice is to ask for details. if they say county, which county? do not provide them with any information the scammers could use against you. one other note. the police have been able to trace the account, ms.

sent the money to but getting the money back may be another matter entirely. paul wagner fox 5 local news. as the holiday nears, travel season is rampth up leaving american airlines to fix a scheduling glitch. 15,000 flights have no pilots. new york, chicago, miami, the airline is offering bonus pay to pilots in hopes of avoiding cancelations. of they put out a statement saying are paying pilots who pick up certain open trips 150% of the rates. we'll work with the union to get sure we get our customers where they need to go over the holidays, but you can imagine it's going to be a big headache and if you have travel plans you'll play the waiting game >> i also have an american airlines trip. it was case that frustrated police. and had a tampa community on edge >> after searching nearly two months, the

inside and said he was leaving town and told the employee not to open the bag before he left. that employee looked inside the bag, told her manager who then alert add police officer inside a restaurant at the time. when donaldson came back, police were waiting for him and took him into custody >> we had this guy in our kitchen, everybody was spooked by him. because he was strange. >> thank god that the officer was inside the building. the cartridge casings had been fired from the same gun. and the cell phone had been picked up near the scenes, they to found clothes that reassembles what the suspect wore. he's charged with four counts of first-degree murder. who is howard donaldson the third. here's a look what we know 24

. a woman from woodbridge involved in a domestic dispute is facing charge, angela shannon accused of getting into an argument with her son that quickly escalatored. she put him in a choke point and he broke free and came back home with another member of the family. that started another altercation where she allegedly hit both in the face. a man robbed three places within 24 hour, the first last

blades en berg road in southeast. second rhode island avenue northeast. the third minutes later in the 4,000 block of georgia avenue northwest. and all of these cases, police say the suspect had a gun, please call police if you can help. >> also in the district, the search is on of a person of interest in another burglary in northwest. this happened in the 4800 block of georgia avenue in the early morning hours of november 18th. that would be about a week and a half ago. once inside, police say the suspect made off with electronics and money. the fbi is now investigating aged a kkk recruitment materials were discovered in a northern virginia neighborhood. >> these flyers were found yesterday and similar to ones found in a nearby found a couple weeks ago. here's tisha lewis. >> reporter: most the recent incident happened here in upperville an area that residents describe as calm and quiet. even so, police say a resident found four

republicans as well as british prime minister theresa may. at least ten women are saying their patient rights were violate abide i a man who claimed to be a gynecologist and there could be hundreds of women seen by this man at prince george's hospital center, marina marraco spoke to a woman who said her child was delivered by the doctor. >> prince george hospital center is acknowledged they employed a man who said to be dr. charles j acode. the hospital acknowledges he used a complex and sophisticated identity theft scheme but hospital maintains they completed a diligent and thorough background check of this man who practiced add their facility. exactly weeks ago, a class action complaint was filed in federal court by ten anonymous women coming forward claiming this man allegedly falsified the majority if not all of this medical degrees, documentation and identity. practicing medicine as a gynecologist at prince george hospital center for a total of eight years from 2008 to 2016 as

doctor. tonight, one of those women, whose baby was delivered by this man, has come forward. >> he has messed up my health afterwards but throughout the entire time i put my trust in him. to find out he's actually a fake, i'll appalled and in did disbelief because i didn't expect a hospital to not do a thorough background check on people that's willing to work for them. i would expect them to really do diligent background checks on people and expect those people to be who they say they are, because the name he introduced me as isn't the name he is. >> how does this come to an end, when he was indicted by the federal government. u.s. attorney in june of 16, 2016. for fraudulent social security number. they executed warrants and found false passport, false social security

immigration documents, altered diploma, transcript, letters of recommendation, all altered through a spokesperson, he completed hes residence in obstetrics and gynecologist, he was certified in 2014. dr. acoda held physician licenses in good standing in state of maryland and the commonwealth of virginia. and the hospital also ads that acoda demonstrated the breath and depth of clinical competence expected of a gynecologist but in 2016, acoda was indicted in court for operating as a doctor without a license and now these ten women in the lawsuit and at least 100 other women have told lawyers they too were patients of acoda's at prince george hospital center and seeking damages as a result. >> thank you. on the way
