touched her knee when he stood up. the report also indicates three other employees complained about gibson taylor's boss makes lewd comments. even so he, ultimately the va determined allegation was unsubstantiated >> it's painful to see that there are, you know, training employees this way, especially with my father being a veteran. >> reporter: in response, department of veteran affairs press secretary said we take these allegations seriously and once learning of them, we initiated an immediate investigation. while this investigation continues, the two employees are no longer working in the same area, and the employee under investigation has been directed to have no interaction with the other employee. >> despite the va press secretary's latest response and its fact-finding investigation, the va admits gibson taylor's complaints were not handled expeditiously and better communication may have prevented her from

complaints. va also admits there are concerns with the initial fact-finding effort, which is why they reopen the investigation. tisha lewis, fox 5 ocal news. montgomery county police have made two more arrests in a brutal crime. the murder of a man found decapitated and stabbed more than 100 times in wheaton regional park >> it is a suspected gang related killing but no word on an identity of the case, fox 5 paul wagner is live in wheaton tonight with more on this story. paul? >> reporter: we've got a little bit more on this story, guys. here at wheaton park is where this man was found dead inside a shallow grave here in the park. and what we learned today is that an informant told police this man was killed in the spring and led them to the body back in september. in reading that court document it jumped out that some indictment are extremely brought and

and here's a couple. according to court documents, the gang member whose took part in this murder took part in dismembering the victim, that his heart had been excised from his chest, that there was predug before the victim got here and they had decapitated and dismembered him. let me show you pictures. detectives investigating the murder arrested doris, elsmorado of wheaton and alvero rosa marino of an unconfirmed address, another man miguel lopez of rago was arrested nobody 11th, more than two months after the body being discovered in the park. court documents say an inform told police about the murder and led them to a grave in the park where they found

scene. police released photographs of his clothing in hopes of someone would recognize it. the documents say the gang spent about two weeks tries to lure the victim to the part from annapolis. the motive for the killing is not included in the evidence. but police went on the record to say it involved members of ms-13. the notorious latino gang with routes in el salvador. police gave this description of the victim. >> this victim was a hispanic adult male approximately 5'2" and 126 pounds. he had short brown hair also had a missing tooth on his lower teeth that may be visible to som someone. >> it's our experience in recent years in covering gang murders in the washington area that it's unusual for the police to go on the record and actually name the gang, we usually find out about the gang in the court documents, but montgomery county police actually put that in their press release and actually shown it today on

involved in this murder. the one man that was arrested went before a judge today, he's being held without bond, there was no mention of an ice detainer for him. the woman will go before a judge on monday. we're live me wheaton regional prk. we have an update that raised questions about the to chase policy for dc police, you may remember this instagram video showing police officers following a group of atv riders, we learned dc police have arrested the biker who filmed the video. 18-year-old nasir wallace is charged with resisting arrest and operating a dirt bike. during the pursuit, one of the officers on a bike is seen lunging and following after attempting to stop one of the bikers. dc police say they support the officer's actions and the no chase policy was not violated. let's take it outside for you. yeah, it was cooler but man, it was still a gge

police say they wrote about 46 citations on wednesday for people blocking bike lanes, they bike to and from work every day, blocking bike lanes is not just frustrating they can be dangerous >> and many documented the violations on social media as they beg officials to do more about this, matt ackland is live along 15th street in northwest with more and where this is part of the problem as well. hey, matt? >> reporter: sarah and jim, if you have to deal with rush hour in dc, it's a big problem, if you're in a car but these days. it's becoming a big problem if you're on a bike because so many are biking to work. this is a bike lane that the district spent millions of dollars to put in place, here's the problem. so

first a virginia man is under arrest in connection with an attempt rape that woodbridge. 39-year-old joshua testa is accused of trying to rape a 21 wed woman thursday morning. investigators say the pair got into an argument, then escalated and at some point, testa allegedly grabbed her knocked her to the ground and tried to remove her clothes. police say punched her in the face several times. >> dc police are looking for a suspect at a robbery in georgetown, this happened last -- wednesday just before 1:00 in the morning, in the 3,000 block of k street northwest. the suspect made it in, grabbed cash, took off, there's now a $1,000 reward for information leading to an arrest. we have an update on the deadly shooting of baltimore police detective shawn suiter police say there's no reason to believe there's any connection between the corruption case he was set t
