one officer opened fire on gashar hitting them three times in the head. according to family park police said little about the shooting and have never said if gashar was armed and his family says he was not. u.s. park police turned the investigation over to the fbi. gashar was a graduate of langley and virginia commonwealth university and it's unclear why he was p pleaing police. chief rossler also said today that there is another dashcam video that captured another part of incident basically the officers going to the aid of mr. gashar who was still inside his jeep cherokee after being shot in the head. they initially called for helicopter to take him to inova fairfax and instead took him to ground transport and hery maind on life support several days until he died five or six days later. and now afa

victory for the trump administration and stems from the president's executive order he issued shortly after taking office. again ban is in effect and affects six mostly muslim countries chad, iran, libya, somalia, syria and yemen. we should note there were two justices that dissented from this decision beginsburg and soto meier and the rests of the justices said this can take full effect as they continue in the lower courts. it would suggest once they make their way to supreme court again supreme court with ultimately keep latest version of ban they announced in september in place. we'll continue to follow this and keep you updated.
