zero dollars. we have people buying gold plans and getting gold plans for less. so if you're qualifying for the tax credit, life has never been better in many respects, but if you don't then it's really un affordable. so we have a situation where it's really un sustainable for that un subsidized customer. what's the best case scenario moving ahead because i know there is a lot of talk about the individual mandate. what can be done to make this a little more predictable, a little more stable regardless of how you feel about the aca as it tans now? i'm not a public policy guy. what i would tell you, what they need to do is make the tax credits more broadly available so the house bill, paul ryan's bill did that. it was a very simple easy to get tax credit that anybody could qualify for. there was

essentially the aaca punishes work, if you're making too much money they rip your tax credit away completely so there's this massive cliff. so i think making it similar to the employer based tax why where i get an unlimited subsidy for my health insurance because i work for a company so i think an individual should get the same thing. that should be something that they should look at to make it universally acceptable, make it fair for somebody who want to start a business or drive uber, they should get the same credits as everybody else. that would get a lot of young people n. it's all income based so it's a little bit like turbo tax rear sus filing your taxes at the irs . it's probably easier to do it at turbo tax and if they made it sort of universal, just based on your age it would be really simple you'd get a lot of younger people enrolling. we'd get more young people than we
