fears this man is still out there picking up other passengers. now, behind me here is where dc police say this violent is sexual assault took place early sunday morning right around 4:00 in the morning. miss clark went out with friends saturday in dc and when they decided to go home one of her friends called her an uber. when the car arrived, she got in the front seat and shortly after nodded off. she woke up to it parked somewhere she didn't recognize and her driver was if i thinking her and tried to remove she came to and struggled with this man and punched her and strangled her, she fault him off, was able to get out of the car and he sped away. because uber e-mails a customers a receipt with the driver's name and picture included clark does have that information and she's passed it on to police. she also believes she found a social media account that matches the picture and name

western suburbs 7:00 not quite to dc but almost, moves through dc around 9:00. a brighter blue here is where we might get a very small accumulation. i know roads have been treated. if you get down towards fredericksburg, this may not get to you, southern maryland gets a break. by 10:00 everything over to the eastern shore and by tomorrow it's gone although it continues in the mountains where in any could get to four inches of snow and winter weather advisories are in effect. rough commuting here, i think locally this will be something to keep an eye on. but with roads treated we shouldn't have big problems for sure, but everything will stick on untreated surfaces. 28 in gaithersburg, 38 in frederick. 29 in hagerstown, today is the coldest day we've had so far in 2017. at least in the late fall and almost winter months here. sarah and jim, i'll have more coming up.

sick. you know moving a stroller around with your child inside is not always easy, especially if you take mass transit. a new petition has been launched to encourage metro to change its policy when it comes to strollers. sounds like it will be a hard sell. matt ackland is live with more. >> reporter: i didn't know

it stands if you want to ride a metrobus and you have a stroller you can't keep your kids inside and simply load it on to the bus and then have them ride in the stroller. there's many other steps. parents are saying this is really difficult, and they're hoping that metro might make a change. seems like we hear it all the time. leave the car at home. take metro but if you have a kid in a stroller, that's not easy if you're taking the bus. according to metrobus rules, and manners for parents online, it says, if you have a stroller, take your child out of the stroller, followed the stroller, and if possible, stow the stroller out of the way. two local parents joined this petition asking metro's general manager and board chairman to change that policy. olga maria i can't ken no has a 2-year-old daughter and because it's so hard to get her on a bus, she walks over a half mile to a rail station. >> if i attempted to get

hadn't done anything wrong, when he drew his weapon, i opened fire and hit him five times and that was a deadly use of force. very eye opening to go through this down here at the academy. jim and sarah? >> you've been around police situations for awhile in dc. it looked realistic from here. what did you pick up from going through those drills? >> reporter: the tunnel vision, the stress you're under, i wasn't listening to that guy in the first scenario, all i saw was he had a gun. that's why i think this training is so incredibly important. because as a reporter, of course, i never gone through anything like that but officers have to go through this stuff all the time. and so if you actually see what officers are seeing is really eye opening, and you can get that tunnel vision and i really didn't even know what to do. >> at really good potent, paul, it's good we're able to show viewers because they also are able to see what it is that officers are going through in those split seconds you got to

look to be south enough to impact both dc and baltimore metros. here's where the snow is along 81 corridor from portions of pennsylvania from hagerstown winchester through woodstock and back west through cumberland, morgantown west virginia, it is a quick moving system but there's bands of steadier snowfall, the dark r purples and even though it's question moving, it is moving across have cold air, that's why we can see the snow stick quickly. this is the whole clipper system more organized towards our north and west and it will largely stay north bringing accumulating snow to portions of pennsylvania, new york and new jersey, on the southern fringe here in washington and enough to have a little bit of impact as we head to tonight. here's that winter weather advisory extreme western maryland portions of west virginia, including morgantown and cumberland until noon tomorrow, i think most of the snow will be over with for us later on tonight's there could still be mountain top snow showers. 34 in dc right now. and upper 20's to low 30's so many of us not even above frzi

western suburbs. let me show you radar, we have seen this crossing interstate 81 darker purple indicates some light to moderate snow. this is not going to be as much as we saw on saturday but the change is it's a whole lot colder and this snow is going to stick to untreated surfaces. we're watching this approach places likes jefferson county gainsville you may get in on this in the next 45 minutes and a question look at the entire system, this clipper will mainly pass to the north but far enough south that we'll see it even in dc, winter weather advisory is not in effect for our area but may get two to four inches in mountains. that winter weather advisory in effect until noon tomorrow. but you need to be ready for it here locally. let me take you through time at 8:00, starting to cross the beltway area. the bulk of this will be north of dc. so maryland you could get a small accumulation. by 9:00 east of dc and by 11:00, it's mostly out of here. but we could see some slick
