carlos bell abused victims between may 2015 and june of this year and the case rocked the entire community. fox's krysten leon was at the press conference and sharing details for us. kristen? >> reporter: sarah, definitely rocked the community. thirdth 30-year-old carlos bell plead guilty to 27 counts of sexual abuse of a minor on top of other serious charges here as well. and we're told that he will be sentenced to 190 years in prison. now, according to the state's attorney's office here, the decision not to go to trial and instead to accept a plea agreement or plea deal, in this case, was based on not having the victims testify in court. and relive that pain all over again. keep in mind here, investigators say this man is accused of sexually abusing dozens of children here in charles county. not to mention they say he was not wearing protection. and

as you mentioned investigators say this happened between may of 2015 and june of. while he was an instructional track coach. we're told up to 42 victims, both identified and unidentified between the ages of 11 to 17, now, the charles county state's attorney's office said none of the victims have tested positive for hiv and they say this pleading is the best possible outcome for all parties involved. the other goal just as important, probably more important quite frankly, was maintaining the privacy and frankly the an nim tea. if there's a trial one of the these students

tonight is that a 15-year-old who was here with his mother went into the bathroom, was ask at the urinal when he noticed a cell phone pointing at him. let's take you to the video. police say the victim noticed the person filming, was an employee, mom then apparently notified restaurant staff and later called police. when officers responded, the employees apparently would not provide details about the alleged suspect. so detectives executed a search warrant. he was charged with unlawful filming of a minor and at with a marijuana charge. detectives in fairfax county are sending out message that if you came to this red robin restaurant and you believe that possibly you were in the bathroom and you may have been filmed,

tells fox 5 that back in october. somebody mowed a 45 by 45 foot swastika into this field, which is right next to the local community center. the field also happens to be directly across the street from a home where police executed a search warrant in connection with the murder of that married couple in reston >> search warrants show when police look through the 17-year-old's home in lorton ammunition and gun parts were found, the suspect has not been identified because he's a juvenile. however being charged with the murder of scott fricker in their reston home last month. it is believed the 17-year-old shot and killed his girlfriend's parents after they made attempts to end the relationships describing the boyfriend as having neo nazi views. several cartridge cases a hammer were found, and blood stains were found, bullet fragments and holes were

my house whatsoever this weekend. and you will probably agree because it will be tough as we take a live look outside right now. nothing in the forecast besides sunshine. i will say that. and heck of a lot of cold. so through the weekend, we will still be dealing with these brutally cold windchills, and air temperatures like relief comes monday like i said that will be -- however, wait till you see the seven-day forecast. much warmer numbers. let's start off with what happened this morning, these were some incredible windchill value, just in our area here, these are the coldest ones we saw around the area. out in the mountains felt like 29 below this morning, germantown not too far, montgomery county 17 below, upper marlboro and even american university here in northwest dc coming in with wind chills at 13 below. those winds were how long all night. air temperatures were in the single digits. we got another windchill advisory because we're expecting pretty much the same thing. area under that advisory until noon on saturday.
