a body was discovered after this afternoon on the 700 block of symphony woods drive. police confirmed this is not the body of daniel de haven a 65-year-old man from prince george county police were looking for. he's been missing since last week. the investigation is con continuing. >> developing tonight in the district a man is under arrest for beating and tying up a man in southeast and setting that man's apartment on fire. >> victim survived and is home from the hospital recovering
