i'll have the temperatures coming up. fox news at 10, starts now. we'll begin tonight with a agents iny surprise for neighbors in a northern virginia apartment building. thieves stole the air bags right out of more than a dozen vehicles overnight. >> and while this is headache and financial stress for victims it's also bringing up safety concerns. taken notice. because overnight, thieves drove in and removed driver's side air bags from more than a dozen cars. one man whose car was hit tells us all vehicles were honda civics or acords. building management told him security footage shows the suspects were inside only 30 minutes and hit at least 13 cars according to police. somehow, breaking the windows without setting off a single kara large. >> professional. they come in and break the windows and are able to take what they need and so quickly without leaving any evidence at all. the officer i talked to, who was in charge of my case said the likelihood of this happening had the front gate not been open on both sides would have been low. it would have meant they would have walked around within the garage which is risky because people can spot them. one officer told me this happens once every six months a particular community is targeted a

suspects after the attack and suspect's own mother testified and identified her son as the man in the video. police say the suspect john hicks attacked a nurse on a red line train fwlenmont. that woman testified that hicks had a knife and forced her into a partitioned area on the train. he was cut trying to grab the knife. she says hicks atejted to rain her and made her perform oral sex. she told police she believed he would kill her if she didn't comply. hirkz was arrested same someday aft tack and opted to not testify during the trial and his defense lawyer says he's not the guy that does this she's claiming there was a bad investigation and incorrect identification of the suspect. when when this happened april 2016 metro did not notify the public. we he did not learn about this until more than a month later. it prompted answerer from congress at a hearing and soon after metro changed policies. you can see in the tweet the general manager
