gazette, there's a lar police presence. i want to introduce you to a special guest tonit. she works for a regional security company but more importantly you'relso a local resident here in annapolis.e tell me a lbit about what went through your mind, where you were when you found out what >> i was actually heading up 97 noh going to an appointment. and while i was driving, i saw a, so to speak, entourage of police cars that were racing south down 97. and i started to wonder what was going on because i knew that it couldn't have been a funeral. and then basically, i said to myself, you know, was this a shooting? was it asnbombing? 't really sure and ire thought whe are they going epto. orter: you're in the security realm. let's turn a little bit so folks can see your beautiful face, you didn't continue on to

your appointment, you came back this direction? >> no, what i did is went to my appointment and came back down this way. it later. ppened. a little bit after it ha and i saw all the commotion and idat was, you know, came over to see what was going on and only to realize that it was in my backyard. the thing aboutt is being a regional surity specialist. i educate people on being proactive and when this does happen, how to handle it. and now, it's hit home. the shoe is on the other foot. it's me that's in is scene. so it is scary. and i understand how people feel about this. and my heart go out to themi ly and the people that worked in the building this just proves then point you have these commercial buildings and you hav any type of buildings where you have the public coming in a out, what
