boy in the leg. he survived and has since returned home. >> at the wake county courthouse, jury selection continues tomorrow with the trial of a man accused of killing his girlfriend almost 20 years ago, in 1996. police believe he wanted her to have an abortion and she refused. he was arrested again in 2014 after results came in from new test of old evidence in the case. >> a teenager is accused of causing nearly $20,000 worth of damage to this home. he is charged with breaking and entering and vandalism. police say one of the vandals broke a window and then went downstairs to let the other teenager inside.

with comments in virginia today. the republican presidential candidate defended his comments. a woman said she would support him but would not be coming out of the kitchen to do so. hillary clinton responded by tweeting -- a woman's place is wherever she wants it to be. >> and uber driver accused of a deadly shooting in michigan faced a judge today. prosecutors say the 45-year-old admitted he took people's lives. he said -- they said he is cooperating but not remorseful. investigators claim dalton continued picking up passengers after the shooting. they still don't know what set him off. look for more on this story
