she is charged with possessing with intent to sell pot and maintaining a dwelling to selling controlled substance. sitting in her living room that has been converted into an office, gutierrez said she had no idea what was in the box or where it came from or who it was supposed to go to. >> i did not look at the box. i took the box and set it down. i don't know whose name was on it. i did not look at it. i cannot find my glasses. i am not a drug dealer. greg: gutierrez is free on $50,000 unsecured bond. she has another court date later this month and she vows to continue fighting to clear her name. police have not commented on the case or her arrest other than to say that the narcotic officers

we will keep you updated on the case in the coming days. greg barnes, abc 11 eyewitness news. steve: duke energy is firing back at state environmental officials after the state environmental utility put them on notice. they said they are warning to take are considering civil penalties when wastewater was found leaking from a dozen stations. a spokesperson said the company has been reporting to that seepage to the state for two years as it works to close those basins. jeff brooke says it is a violation of the process. more warnings can be coming. duke has 30 days to respond and there could be fines of $10,000 each day the basin is out of compliance. a discovery in o.j. simpson's old home.

investigators think it had something -- some sort of leak. to the united kingdom and curious baboons that basically commandeer this car at a safari park. you can see them hanging out on the hood and windshield and watch as they jump to the van in front. the owner of the car was not to sue happy. he was thinking it might be a little scratched up after baboons can close to the family. there is this. this dog trapped on the ice is saved. it happened in new hampshire. a dog fell through the ice several feet from shore. rescue crews used a boat to pull the dog to safety. he was given fluid and is expected to be ok. you can see those guys rolling out there and the dog, i think, very happy to see them. spring is almost here. the ice is getting thin.

boat and they are waving at somebody. somebody out there. they are saying, don't worry, we'll rescue you. calm down. the story behind this is crazy. rescue that man is currently enjoying a meal off that bird. this guy was shipwrecked and has been drifting at sea. apparently he set off from acapulco. as he comes up, you can see how sun burnt and skinny this guy is. they reach down, they grab his hand and lift him into the boat. >> they just asked him, how did you catch the bird? he said it landed on his box and he got it. but he's caught and eaten four birds and a turtle. >> yeah. he's been out there long enough he's been catching his food and it gets worse.

else that didn't make it. this guy spotted out there in the big blue ocean by these guys. they found him, they pull him onboard and save his life. another miracle escape comes from oman. people are out in the water doing water bashing with a dry riverbed, but with the rain and melt and everything happening in a different part of the country, suddenly these turn into a torrent of rushing water and you can see a four-wheel drive full of people now in the middle of this now rushing river as these guys struggle to catch them and help them. this is both lucky and very dangerous where it catches here on the side. and they are lucky that it didn't roll over. so they back another four-wheel drive up behind it and are attaching a tow rope. but in the rush they attached it to the bumper because watch what happens. >> it's going to rip the bumper right off. >> exactly, nick. >> that's how people break legs. >> don't worry, they are able to
