they say it is the second crash in the area and the last six months. steve: a deadly crash involving a motorcycle. a highway patrol trooper was pulling over another vehicle when he saw the motorcycle speed past them. it slammed into the back of a pickup truck near airport boulevard. the biker, luke l was killed. tisha: a family dealing with unspeakable pain when they run down a 15-year-old boy outside their home. a painful reminder of what happened last night. keyshon blue said he watched as ems loaded his little brother and cousin into the back of an ambulance. they later -- his brother later died at the hospital. he does not know who did it, and

>> they started shooting at my house for no reason. there is no logic behind it. i want to find out. tisha: police say the shooting does not appear to be random, but they have no leads. steve: a traffic stop leads to a record-breaking heroin bust. thousands of dollars of black tar heroin off the street. this happened during a traffic stop off i-95. the sheriff says heroin has become a real epidemic, impacting every community in his area. tisha: a video of a takedown in a crash. we are looking inside raleigh metal recycling. in 2014 the owner was held at gunpoint.

steve: body cameras in raleigh, lawmakers heard from several enforcement aging -- agencies about the pros and cons. some people feel the body cameras don't give a total perspective of the scene. the question is, who will have access to the video, and if guidelines are made by lawmakers. tisha: an investigation into the month-long problems plaguing blue cross blue shield north carolina customers. an investigation, promising to lay down the hammer. we have more on that story downtown. reporter: it is still very early in the investigation. it started as an administrative

steve: house speaker paul ryan paying his respects to former first lady nancy reagan. earlier, a motorcade took her casket to the ronald reagan presidential library in simi valley, california. guests will attend the funeral friday. tisha: nine firefighters injured after businesses were leveled this morning. they were working on a gas leak at the time. they were investigating, when buildings exploded, shattering windows and buildings as far as two locks away. no one else was hurt. steve: a state of emergency in louisiana after more than one foot of rain fell in 24 hours. the sheriff using facebook to warn residents about the extreme

they crept through a gap in the fence and ended up at the turnpike in miramar. they were kept from roaming onto the highway, and eventually made their way back home to their born. at arizona, a swarm of bees. they sent the coaching staff and the fans scrambling in arizona. a retired beekeeper left of the stands to help collect the bees. they were collected at the top of the third inning. a little extra fun there at spring training in arizona. tisha: so much for retirement. >> he was back into action. meteorologist: we have some more nice weather tomorrow and through the rest of the week. a spotty shower here and there.

gusts up to 15, 20 miles per hour. oxford, 67 still at 11:00. fayetteville at 67 degrees. moisture in the atmosphere. you can see a spin over mexico. look at the train of moisture off the pacific, and a central america into the gulf of mexico, and a straight up the mississippi valley. a long channel of deep moisture. the in is relentless. look at louisiana, it has been raining nonstop two days. some areas outside of shreveport have picked up as much as 17 inches of rain. this is in the ballpark of the devastating floods in south carolina back in a over. with the nearly two feet of rainfall.

basically. heavy rain showers, a few thunderstorms continuing to train over the same area. flash flood warnings from western kentucky to memphis, down to shreveport, you rarely see that many counties under a flash flood warning at one time. but, incredible rains there. that is in addition to the 5-7 inches that have already fallen. and california has a wave of storms, they will see 5-8 inches of rain's -- rainfall. nothing like that coming our way. lower mid 50's for overnight lows. but clouds tomorrow morning as you head out. mostly cloudy skies, partly sunny throughout the day. mild in the mid-50's, 72 through 11:00.
