she got here to speak out. she is asking the state to revisit the tests on the sides in this area. meetings like these are happening all over the state. to give you some perspective they plan to get rid of the low risk plants by 2029 and high risk plants by 2019. steve: i know that feels like a long wait for people in those communities. in washington, senate republicans holding firm to their pledge to block the pic for the supreme court no matter what. the president announcing his choice to replace antonin scalia a naming merrick garland. he warned senate republicans not to turn the nomination into a political piata. >> i ask republicans in the senate to give him a fair hearing.
