four bicyclists in johnson county last month is due in court. donna marie williams is charged with reckless driving and she was driving when she had the bicyclists from behind. two bikers were hurt. barbara: raleigh police releasing new information that they hope will lead to this man. police say 18-year-old dens l dan t -- denzel dante, one of two people charged in the shooting deaths of alan rodriguez. the other suspect is in custody. police say he should be considered armed and dangerous. a group that is calling on

40's. by lunchtime, low 50's. through the late day, those temperatures in the mid-50's under mostly sunny skies. nice day shaping up. warm temperatures headed in for the midweek. barbara: a traffic alert in durham today. the intersection between broad street will be closed for the construction of a roundabout. the changes being made to improve safety. work on this project is expected to take 45 days and will wrap up around the fourth week of may -- first week of may. john: a crash during the australian grand prix race. the crash happened when the right tire of fernando alonso's car collided with the rear of another driver. the car launched at high speed into the concrete barrier, going

coming to rest in a crumpled wreck. he was able to crawl out of the car and limp away. now to some disturbing video in new jersey. that is a mall easter bunny throwing punches. the man in the bunny costume missing the head of the costume in the middle of this scuffle. seconds later, he comes back and throws more punches. there is no word on what set off the fight. death valley, california. bursting with color. unofficially known as the super blue, the fields of colorful wildflowers are thanks to a storm that soaks the usually parched landscape. the super bloom should continue for some time. barbara: 39 degrees.

john: let's go to that breaking news in durham. a police officer shot. barbara: anthony wilson broke that story on twitter. >> officers here as they have them -- have been for the past two hours. traffic is moving down on the pettigrew side. you see there, police still very much on the scene. the officer shot here has been treated at the hospital and released. his name has not been released. some specific questions have not yet been answered because there is still an investigation underway. for information about the police department asking whether or not this was the opportune -- officers gun or the gun of the suspect, we want to know how long the officer has been on the force.

brian walberg, charged in the murder of miles phoenix of the aviation the grade with the -- aviation brigade. investigators say that phoenix was shot in the chest and later died at the hospital. john: a marine killed by isis in iraq had ties to our state. the defense department said lewis carton was part of the marine expeditionary unit at tampa june. he was killed by a rocket fire. his death comes as officials announced they are to play more troops to thate candidate coming to the defense of one of his supporters after one of the most violent confrontations yet. john: gas prices surging over the last week.
