much more on a frantic friday. show"early today" starts right now. more than 86 million people across six states are bracing for a monster winter blizzard. some areas expecting more than 30 inches snow. five states plus parts of georgia d washington d.c. are already under states of emergency. federal aufrss soffices are expected to close early ahead of the storm. the d.c. metro has canceled service starting at 11:00 p.m. tonight through sunday. some drivers on i 495 decided to test the ice when their cars got stuck. all baltimore schools closed today and nearly 2500 flights ve been canceled for friday. thousands ss more have already been canceled or delayed for this
