the justice department is suing the city for not making good on proposed reforms. the doj is seeking to force the city to make the changes. attorney general says the residents of ferguson cannot wait longer. > the royal caribbean ship battered after steering into a dangerous storm arrived in new jersey last night. the passengers had plenty to say about brutal conditions they faced at sea. janet shamlian spoke to some of them. >> reporter: passengers started strereing off the ship about 9:30 last night describg what they call a forturous trip. they say at the height of the storm a period of about four hours they thought they were going down. one of the world's largest and newest cruise ships the anthem of the sea is finally back in port. ship and royal caribbean's
