fourth is in critical condition after they were shot in the face. polk county sheriff said it was because of drugs. they were shot on magnolia drive east a little after sunrise this morning. investigators say david washington, his girlfriend anita branch and angelica castro were murdered. an 18-year-old was shot in the face. >> this was the one-stop shop for drugs. you could buy marijuana, pills, heroin, cocaine, whatever you needed, they had here. >> and investigators are not saying if they're looking for one suspect or more than one suspect. and two parents have been arrested for zip tying and restraining their special needs child.

and siblings from outbursts, that's not what kimberly kuizon was told. how did they find out what was going on. explain that. >> reporter: the girl happened to break free. she ran to a neighbor's house but she needed help and they called 911. detectives believe this had been going on for several months. the's parents would zip tie her hands and ankles and restrain her in the play house. she would be left there for so long she would soil herself. and their daughter is a special needs child. there have eight children all together. now even if they could not handle their daughter, detectives say this behavior was inexcusable; she would wear zip ties around her wrist and ankle ankles, it would be constant. they leave them on her so they
