>> linda, i'll show it to new a moment, it is a car that deputies say is involved. here it is a white newer ford transit connect. they say it was spotted in the area of the home where the murders took place. deputies can not make it out but there is writing on the side of the van, it could be a work truck of some sort. grady judd released the video today. we're learning more details about the suspects. they're three black men with caribbean accents and may have ties to miami. that's where they could be headed, he says. investigators have said this crime is likely drug related but he says that does not mean they are not trying as hard as they can to solve it. >> the young ladies and young man did not deserve to die whether or not they were engaged in illegal conduct.

scariest things he has seen a gunman ambushed a police officer as he sat in his car, shooting him three times. the suspect told them he did it, quote, in the name of islam and pledged his allegiance to isis. and chris cato joins us. that's amazing that he survived. >> unbelievable, linda when you see the chilling images here. can you see how close he was. he chased and shot the suspect. the images are chilling. he ran up to the car as they were stopped at an intersection, firing as he approached. he stuck the gun through the window of the patrol car and kept firing. he was hit in the arm. listen to the audio of the radio call for help. >> shots fired. i'm shot, i'm bleeding heavily. >> all cars stand by.

>> the officer jessie hartnet was hit three times. he got out, chased the shooter, returning fire and gave the dispatchers the location that allowed others to converge and catch the suspect. he is a 30-year-old man named edward archer. he confessed saying he did it, quote in the name of islam and he pledged his allegiance to isis. >> according to him he believed that the police defend laws that are contrary to the quran. >> no one believes that islam or the teaching has anything to do with what you see on the screen. >> that's the mayor speaking. the suspect's mother said he is a devout muslim and he has been hearing voices in his head. she said that he felt like he was being targeted by the police. he does have a criminal record and was actually out of prison on parole after pleading guilty to charges of simple assault and carrying a gun illegally.

that he used to shoot that police officer, police revealed today that the 9-millimeter was stolen from the home of a police officer back in 2013. the officer is still in the hospital. a lot of damage and they expect him to recover it will be a long process for that brave police officer in philadelphia. cynthia. >> i cannot believe he was able to get out and chase that guy. >> the door may be cracking open for the rays. and they may get a chance to survey the bay area for a chance to build a stadium. they cannot do that under the terms of the lease with the city. and next week the council may punch a loophole in the lease. they can have a look at tampa. >> since this begs for metaphors let's keep your eye on the ball, not that one, the field, this

slipped on ice and fell backwards ten feet and could not move. conditions were too treacherous to carry her out they had to use a helicopter to lift her out. packing heat at the airport is not allowed now. but two lawmakers filed bills that would allow people with concealed carry permits to carry guns at the airport. >> according to florida carry, our state is one of six where people who are allowed to not allowed. >> you cannot take the weapons past the tsa checkpoint. everything is controlled by the federal government. but the sections of the airport before you get through tsa are controlled by the state. those are the places where two lawmakers think that concealed carry should be allowed. >> it would be a good idea.
