behind the execution style killings. and they were shot in the head. a fourth man was shot in the face and survived. and investigators are arresting jonathan alsegari. the house was a one stop shop for drugs. they are looking for two more men believed to be involved in the murders as well. >> we're not going to stand for anyone murdering you, we want those people in jail and frankly they will murder again if we don't look them up. >> now, there is a lot -- there are a lot of missing pieces, they don't know who went into the house and who was in miami at the time when the victims were shot. they're not sure if there was one gunman or more than one gunman. but here is important information to take note of. look at the pictures we'll show you right now. these are the suspects that

they're looking for the first one was shot at a traffic stop. the second one at a toll tollbooth. they are offering a $10,000 reward for any information. we didn't have the pictures we'll have them on the web site can you take a look at them there. >> and ken suarez at the sheriff's office. we have details on the crash involving a deputy and a motorcycle. the deputy is at fault and the young man on the motorcycle is paralyzed. and chris cato joins us, the sheriff met the family, met the man's family today. >> reporter: he says he went to the bay front medical center and gave the family his apologies and gave them a check for $200,000. that's the maximum amount that a government agency can be held liable for in an accident that causes injuries.

considering the nature of the injuries. this is a picture of him on his motorcycle. this is on his facebook page. he was riding that tuesday in st. pete when a deputy in an unmarked car pulled out in front of him. he said he was traveling well under the speed limit. he had his headlights on. he tried to stop but his bike slid into the car. joe minor was cited for failure to yield the right of way. the sheriff said that the deputy never saw it coming. eli is in credible condition his spine is severed in two places. the sheriff hinted that his father was not impressed by the county's offer of 200,000. >> understandably he is upset and very concerned about how he will car for his son. you have a 20-year-old who will be paralyzed from the chest down enknowing what his skills will

st. pete council made a decision on the plan involving the rays. and aaron mesmer is live where the meeting wrapped up. i guess they got the vote here, right? >> the rays can start looking as far as this evening and tomorrow and looking for a new stadium site. the third time is a charm. and how they have gone in the past and the mayor and the rays come to an agreement twice. and went before the council and previously the deals were rejected. there are two council members on the board. tonight that passed with the 5-3 vote. it is up to the.

three council members all three of them voted against the deal it was 5-3. they said it is a bad deal they should be held to the current contract but in the end they were overruled. and that vote went down 5 to 3. as we speak a representative is holding a news conference we'll have those comments later on this evening. >> i'm curious about the timing of the contract. i'm struck by the fact they are given six months to find a place. and granted how long the process has taken to get to this point. they have an idea where they may be. that will go quickly. >> it will go quickly but that's a minimum of six months. so that - there are they have that time -- they have that time and they can move forward and search. that's the amount of time that st. pete wants to come up with their own plan and their own, i guess, idea for what to do to present it and show that st. pete is the place to be. >> sure.

the owners of the store got their $25,000 check for selling the winning ticket. congrats to them. the third ticket was sold here at a publix in melbourne beach. the store will get $100,000 for selling the winning ticket. none of the winners have come forward, they have to get their finances in order. we told you about the guys that purchased $145,000 they charged 500 to get into the pool. how did we miss out on it. they did not win the jackpot. they said all is not lost. what did they win? >> the big question in our meeting was how in the world do you check 73,000 tickets for smaller prizes and participants from london how do
