a chicago journalist on vacation in belize is killed. 39-year-old on vacation at the time, staying at a resort and disappeared thursday after she went to do yoga. detectives say she was found with bruises and blunt force injuries to her head and neck. they are investigating this as a homicide. >> the e-mail could blow up the case against bill cosby. the d.a. made a promise not to charge cosby with the crime, evidence of the promise could derail the case. it reveals details about the agreement. cosby is currently charged with aggravated assault and is awaiting trial. a texas lawyer files a

for a tornado watch to be issued, tampa south with the highest risk of super-cell thunderstorms that may produce a couple strong tornadoes at this point appears to be between sarasota and fort meyers. instability is. we will have in all likelihood a tornado watch issued in the next hour or so that will include areas generally south of tampa bay but i think the risk is bay area. we'll have that watch on a crawl and i'll be talking about it and tweeting, all night long we're on. increasing rain south of tampa bay and there's even some heavier cells that are rotated now to the southwest. this line is also going to race to the east northeast, this will be in play too in the next couple of hours. a lot of ingredients in place especially a fast jetstream and

south, low levels. that will make the atmosphere turn and that's why we think there's a higher risk particularly tampa bay south overnight. strong to severe storms after midnight tonight, about 65 tomorrow. rapid clearing, not going to rain nor much of the days -- for much of the day. highs will stay in the 60s then on monday, it will be a mostly sunny and chilly winter day. high only up to 62. the next chance of rain after that is going to be on friday. so again we're here all night. don't forget my twitter feed, paulfox13. all night long. back to you haley. thank you paul.
