going through so much pain and anger. chance walsh was killed, deputies say by his parents kristin bury and joseph walsh. the parents told several stories. they did not make sense. several weeks after being reported missing his tiny beaten body was found in the woods in north port. call someone, let them know whether it is anonymous do something do not stand by, and her mother is devastated. they tried to intervene but they could do nothing. they are calling for a change. >> grandparents in the state have no rights. if we had the right we would have used that right and the baby would be alive. >> a short time after the memorial went up, kristin bury's family prepared themselves forever the next court appearance.

what's right with tampa bay. >> primarily we are a historical society. a function is monitoring and maintaining historical sites and artifacts throughout florida. the rough riders were formed in 1978 as a living memorial to teddy roosevelt and his riders here in tampa before they went to cuba to help with the liberation. what very 580 members from all walks of life. most noticeable is the teddy bear runs. we visit nursing homes, children in hospitals, and disabled veterans and give out teddy bears. and we give one to a child that's maybe in need or a veteran. that warms your heart and makes you feel great. being a rough ride ser more than going to parades and having a good time. it is being a part of the community.
